I love this ac/dehumifier/ heater. We have not used it as a heater yet, just summer cooling and humidity control, but I tend to put this on at any setting from the living room space, rather than my window ac just purchased with same btu in the kitchen. It’s more effective and not as loud, usually doesn’t get too cool. I snapped the plastic window section to fit an old fashioned vertical window with some extra foam insulation it has worked great. The accordion vent can’t be moved a lot, so read carefully about installing it and placing the ac. So you don’t have to keep putting it on. It will twist in tight but should be in the proper slope once placed. Very happy with the cost, for what it is. I’m thinking we’ll keep it in all year and try it for extra heat then.

I like this AC unit. Cools both rooms through the arch way. Blows about the same as smaller BTU units. But way colder. If you stand in front of it, chills you Quick. Brrrr. Only thing I do not like is that when its on wave, where the air is circulated, It does not blow horizontal. It blows almost straight up or at a 45 degree angle during the wave, I would have given it 4 stars if it blew horizontal. Need to use duct tape on the exhaust.

Been working great move it room to room and just chill

Does not cool the room after running for an hour. There was no significant change in temperature. What is more infuriating, I cannot return it to Best Buy. They refuse to allow a return. I just want my money back. I purchased this product through Best Buy. I should be able to return it to Best Buy. I will not shop there again!!!
