Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought this before the recent price nightmare and parts shortage, so I'm not sure I would recommend it at the current going rate. That said, it's a very good NVME drive, and I think at this point those are pretty much mandatory for boot drives if you want to have a good experience.

Although this SSD falls slightly below Sony's recommended specs, that's what they're recommendations and not requirements. This thing works perfectly in my PS5, was easy to install, and reads/writes fast. Make sure to get yourself a heat sink elsewhere, and you've nearly tripled your storage for PS5 games for just over $60.

Easy ps5 upgrade. I bought an aftermarket heatsink to install this with the ps5 and it works great so far. This is an easy, budget freindly upgrade for the ps5 to expand your game space and storage.

I bought 7 Crucial drives. They all are very reliable and never failed after years.

love it , really fast boot time , i have way more storage now

AH yea this fixed my computer right away. EXCELLENTE!!! YOU NEED TO BUY THIS IF YOU CAN NOT RUN YOUR COMPUTER PROPERLY

Not as fast as I hoped but I’m still happy with this NVMe. Over double the speed of my old Crucial MX500 SATA SSD. Boot times are fast and games load up fast.

Great reviews on crucial ssd's. Fabulous price. Easy order process and on time delivery.

The packaged came opened (not the product package) but the envelope that came with it and the speeds are not so great

[Employee of bestbuy] I've built 15 computers in the past year and this SSD is the mode of them all. Inexpensive, fast, and reliable. Crucial never disappoints when it comes to storage or RAM hardware. This is a no-brainer for $60 if your computer's motherboard has an M.2 slot.

I got this to make a clone of the system drive in my computer, something I do every six months as part of my backup procedures. This drive is fast and reliable. It is economical, and yet a quality component. It is a good buy.

The Crucial P3 Plus impresses with its 1TB storage, boasting rapid read and write speeds of up to 5000MBps. The incorporation of Gen 4 technology enhances its performance, making it a commendable choice for those seeking high-speed data transfer and storage capabilities in their PC setup.

Pretty fast when downloading games and well last me a while when it comes to storage not to mention easy to install to the motherboard

Easy to install NVMe drive, quick transfer speeds, for a reasonable price.

Super speedy hard drive at a great price. Just make sure you use a heatsink, it can get a bit warm.

I’ve used crucial before for their laptop ram and it ran pretty good. This was the first Crucial SSD I got as I was on a budget and I got to say for the price it competes with more premium ssds. I installed my OS onto it and I’ve had no issues with it. Overall I would recommend this over other brands as the performance exceeds the price

This product is reliable and easy to install in computers. I personally was running out of space and was running low for months. i decided to finally buy an SSD and im glad i bought this product. Download speeds are great too.If youre looking for an affordable SSD this is it.

Makes my laptop much faster, easy to install and is relatively affordable

I bought this NVMe SSD to upgrade my laptop's memory, expanding it from 125 GB to 1TB. This device has worked great and had no problems installing Windows into it. I have bought Crucial several times and would recommend this brand a lot, it is very reliable.

This was a much needed upgrade for my brother’s laptop from a 500gb sata m.2 drive. He was on windows 10 with less than 20gb left. Now he gets a clean slate, 1tb, and windows 11. I tested crystaldisk and got ~3500MB/s, but honestly this could be a limitation of the laptop as it is from 2018 (Dell Inspiron 5577). Very happy with the purchase!
