Excellent computer, GPU stays cool CPU stays under 95 most of the time, extremely fast, has a 1000W PSU which is more than it needs, mine came with a really great MSI motherboard and an MSI GPU that has excellent cooling. Computer is surprisingly quiet. Have had no issues with this PC so far which is much better than I expected.

Set up was super easy. Very happy with this purchase, its exactly what I was looking for. I received it sooner than expected which was excellent. Only one minor set back, removing the side glass panel took a little troubleshooting but in the end it was very simple.

Right out of the box this thing is beautiful. Plugging it in was easy and setting up initial drivers was straightforward due to MSI motherboard and its programs when starting up for the first time. Read/write speeds were fantastic as I installed all my games and programs. Games run smooth as butter at max settings with 144fps 1440p on my 27" asus monitors. The included mouse and keyboard are good backups. Will update as I continue to use it.

As advertised. Amazing machine. Had to change bios settings for RAM to run at 6000mt/s.

After many years of my friends telling me to "ditch" my consoles and buy a PC, I purchased this one, and it is fantastic! This is the first gaming PC I have ever purchased, and this money is well spent! I'm still unsure if they meant to do this, but this computer arrived with a first-party GeForce RTX 4080 Super graphics card from Nvidia, not the one from Zotac Gaming in the stock photo, which is a huge bonus! (This may vary because some reviews had different cards in their machines) So far, I have not had any issues with my machine. It boots up whenever I turn it on and runs every game without struggling. I tested the graphics card by running graphically intense shader packs on Minecraft, and they look AMAZING! This graphics card supports ray tracing (supported by the shader packs), and they ran without stuttering! Besides the graphics card being the only component that might differ depending on which one they decide to give you, everything else in the description is true to form. There is an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X CPU, 64 GB of RAM, and 4TB of SSD storage! (3.63 TB after the Windows 11 64-bit OS is installed) This computer also has many RGB lights (all six fans, the RAM sticks, and the CPU cooler). It lights up my room at night while playing, so you can have the lights turned off and still see almost everything on the floor around you. I recommend this computer to anyone looking for a powerful PC to run games at high framerates and support ray-tracing for various games. Also, if you're like me and new to PC gaming, and the price is within your budget, this PC is perfect for you!

After a long wait and only gaming on laptops, ive finally made the leap to a PC and so far it seems to be worth it. I havent had any issues at all, it runs smoothly. All games are on the max graphics, not a hiccup or anything; even with my terrible wifi. I will say the packaging was not secure as I had to go back to best buy to get a wire for the PC, that was my only disappointment but it was easily fixed

I’d never thought I would be the one writing a review about one of these PC’s yet hear I am. After asking the associates about if it was worth it to purchase a pre built, because they were sold out of all the components I needed. But I am thinking sure they seem so adamant on helping me out I figured with the amount I am spending everything should be great right? WRONG!!! So first if expected date was not the correct one it was actually 3 weeks… instead of the week and 3 days… I was told, not only that when I asked the Geek squad to look over my PC to make sure everything run properly I was told that all that would be done within the 10 Days I was waiting wrong. I got told the day of pick up I’d be waiting an additional week because something they don’t know about, plus the 3 days to look it over. So it an additional 10 days more like 12 because they don’t count weekends. I finally get the PC everything looks good and seemingly runs smooth… until just today this morning after setting up OBS Stuff the night before I get no signal to my monitors. Try all of the trouble shooting issues, unplug/plug in, check bios, all my connections, any software mess up… everything. So I hard reset my computer and everything seems fine until my computer sleeps… then the no monitor signal happens again. Run through all the steps again! Same thing happens. I call Best Buy, text Best Buy try to get on chat… I get hung up on, rerouted, passed on, hung up again for over four hours… mind you I paid for the geek squad protection plan… and yet still get treated like garbage oh I forgot to add this was over four hours!!!! Finally bring the PC in, the tech tests it out and everything seems fine… then the computer goes into sleep mode and then it stops working… just like I told him. He says I have to wait another 10 days or I could exchange where the other model would be $1000 more than what I already paid!!!! Or I can get the same model or refund… I don’t want to necessarily not having a computer so I opted for a diagnostic, so the tech goes in for a second opinion and the woman who sort of goaded into me getting this computer… who didn’t come out told me basically the diagnostic isn’t going to worth it so basically and it would take longer to fix the problem rather than just getting another computer. So basically, she didn’t want to look it over or come out and provide any help… all of the nice stuff and good attitude was to just pull my chain when stuff gets rough they don’t show up…. Copy that last time I trust the word of a Best Buy associate or Geek squad…. I opted for the exchange… to try and attempt to salvage this crappy time… if this happens again… im getting a refund and telling BB what they can do… This computer is a hit or miss you may get a good one or a bad one if you have the money just buy your own components… and set it up…

This computer was easy to set up. Works greater with my 49 in G9 odyssey. After drive updates and a few display setting changes, running @ 240 Hz. for high-fps gaming, No complaints so far (I've had it for 5 days). It is my first gaming computer with all the bells and whistles.

Really great PC! I can run everything on max settings as of Jan 2025, and for having a Ryzen 7900X the price can't be beaten.

This computer seems to be good for high-fps gaming, at least so far (I've had it for 3 days). However: because I've lost a computer in the past to the GPU overheating, I paid attention and noticed that the top fan on the Nvidia GPU wasn't turning, at startup or in situations when it definitely should have been. One of the screws holding the fans in the top of the case had fallen into the fan, and was keeping it from turning. I don't think that screw could have come loose in shipping. Had I not been vigilant because of past issues, I might have had a repeat of that GPU overheating situation. This ain't ok.
