No complaints on the performace department, price is not bad at all, considering what comes with the computer, 64ram more than enough for me, 4080 graphics card. I am new to PC gaming, and for now I only wanted to play COD with the 45” OLED LG ultrawide monitor. The computer ran the game very smoothly, 240hz and 220ish FPS at high and ultra and max on everything. The only bad thing is that it was missing a piece, and i disnt realized until the next day that I was looking at videos of people putting PCs together and teaching rookies like me how to take advantage of this computer when I realized i was missing the cover on the coolant. You might say mmm “is not that important” and I agree, not having it it doesnt affect its performance at all, but if I’m going to spend almost $3000 on a computer, I want to make sure nothing is missing. I went to best buy today and I was able to return it without any issues. I am not giving 3 stars to best buy, best buy gets 5 ⭐️ , customer service, answered my stupid questions and it was a smooth process. 3 ⭐️ go to cyberpower pc for not making sure their product is 100% ready for the customer. I do recommend this PC as long it has all the parts.

This a great pre-built gaming PC. My son plays Fortnite on it and he is so excited that some time he get just below 400 FPS. 64 GB RAM + 4 TB SSD + RTX 4080 SUPER + Core i9 this is a great combination for a pre-built PC. High quality build, packaging, and very easy to setup: just remove soma packing material and hook the connections to power and monitor(s) Also, buying it from Best Buy is a smart option too. Online customer is fantastic and very friendly and helpful. I joined Best Buy Plus membership and I just got a $230 refund from price match. Price match is available for 60 days from the date you receive the purchase (online purchase) and you can use it multiple times too.

Proud to own this pc does not dissapoint. Use it quiet often for the few weeks that ive had it for long gaming sessions with no issues. The only con for me initially was that i would’ve preferred it to be black instead of white but after a while i got used to it and the color is not a big deal anymore. Big thanks to Alex at the glendora location for helping me get this PC definitely worth it.

I actually got my pc on time but it was shipped via UPS to my local store, which i found out is typical. Was hoping that ship to store was via their distribution centers, since i avoid ordering expensive stuff via UPS or FedEX due past issues. Anyway… so far so good, the pc is running without any issues. My games are looking awesome and my stats are on the rise.

Welcomed replacement to my 2011/12 previous desktop. Aside from it's elegant glass styling with the color changing components, it is incredibly fast and can handle everything thrown at it. CyberPower PC had it ready to go out of the box, was easy to get up and running and was well packaged to prevent damage.

This pc is a beast, I have enjoyed playing every game at 4k resolution with a good frame rate. From AA games to AAA games, I also play vr games which this pc can run with no problem. Some of the complaints I got are that the pc sometimes crashes during some games, it has only happened with Fortnite and Valorant. The Pc rgb software feels like it lacks a lot. Was it expensive, yeah. Do I recommend spending 2 grand on this, nah, wait for the next gen of components and get this one cheaper or get the new high end

In short replace the power supply! I had it for less than 2 months and it out of nowhere while gaming shut down and wouldn't power back on. Fortunately i was able to return it with my totaltech membership.

I dont usually buy premade builds, but this, if it was real, is a deal I could not pass on. The PC runs great! Runs quiet and has wonderful airflow. I have never been a fan of RGB lighting but i think im coming around to it :) looks good reflecting off glossy desk tops. Loaded up cyberpunk max settings with dlss over 100 frames without breaking a sweat. Does everything i need it to without the extra $2000 for a 4090!

This PC has been an absolute delight to use. I haven't had any issues with the hardware, and the performance is exactly what I need. It hasn't failed me for any game, or art program. Absolutely recommend.

Yes, the computer was a little late, but I was able to play Helldrivers on ultra settings without freezes and lags.

Welcome to my review of the CyberPower i9/4080 Super Gaming PC. I have had this system for a few weeks, and I am mostly happy with it. I will now list the positives and negatives to hopefully make it easier for someone else to decide if they want this computer. Positives: The case, fans, and AIO system provides excellent cooling. The machine is fast, though not as fast as I expected coming from an 11 year-old pc. The system came pre-installed with software to turn off the stupid RGB lights, which I absolutely hate. Finally, the 4080 Super card seems to be a beast that can handle pretty much any game out right now, and it stays cool while doing it. Negatives: There was some sticky residue (thermal paste gunk maybe) left on the top of the AIO cooler, which doesn't cause problems but still looks bad. There was also some brown crap in the cracks of one of the feet, and the "intel i9" sticker was weirdly crooked, which makes me slightly suspect that this was a resold used machine, but I'm honestly not sure. I also feel that some of the cable management could have been better, because some of the wires come precariously close to resting right on top of the motherboard. There have also been some strange happenings, like the sound cutting out briefly, and having to do a restart because I couldn't access settings, but I don't know if those are Windows or machine related. And lastly, my biggest complaint is I feel like the fans are set a bit too aggressively by default. The AIO is pretty quiet, but the fans give a pretty audible air-moving sound, and they spin up a lot, even during simple things like program installs and loading up YouTube. I'm not smart enough to adjust them in the bios, and I'm sure it was done to keep things extra cooled, but if you're looking for a dead-silent pc, this isn't it. Final Thoughts: Good system overall, a bit overpriced, with some weird cosmetic issues, and some minor things that may or may not be an issue for you. Get it on sale if you want it, since I don't feel like it's worth it for the full price. Also, this was the second CyberPC I had to try, since the first one of a different model had an issue with the AIO, so be aware that it may be a bit of a crapshoot to get a good one.

I bought this PC at the end of 2024 to replace my 3080 PC that was damaged after a long-distance move. The first PC was a CyberPowerPC purchased from the same store. It was excellent, no complaints ever. I expected the same from this PC. It is now 5/12/2026 and I have just returned the PC. While it worked most of the time and provided excellent visuals, I was getting consistent crashing with specific games and then intermittent crashing with others. There appeared to be no rhyme or reason to which games crashed and which ones didn't, although curiously, all RE Engine games had severe problems. I took it to Geek Squad several times, wiped it several times, and all they would say was "We tested it and were unable to replicate the issue" which felt crazy to me, because the issues were frequent and easily replicable from my end. About a week ago, I was playing the video game "Mewgenics" and I received a pop-up telling me that my processor, the Intel Core i9-14900KF, has a known defect that causes damage. I believe I updated my BIOS a long time ago, which should have prevented any issues, but given the intermittent crashing, certain specific crashes and the known defect, I suspect that the processor was already borked by the time I received it, and it just held on for 1.5 years until it finally died for good. All in all, I was really happy with the PC when it worked, which is why it gets 3 stars. But the known defective processor ended up causing me a ton of issues.

For everybody waiting on this pc i contacted cyberpower directly and recieved this response: There unfortunately a shortage on the RTX 4080 Super graphics cards and we are waiting for them to arrive from our vendors. As of right now, they are estimated to arrive sometime next week. Once they arrive we can start building the computers and we are estimating to ship computers out after 3/8/2024.

I have owned this PC for about a month now and everything has gone as expected. I use my PC for gaming, AI image generation and game development tools like Unity and in all areas everything loads super fast. No faulty parts, fingers crossed. Love the 4080 Super. Only issue that I noticed is the fans are a little louder than my last PC.

It shipped sooner than expected. I chose this model for the processor, graphic card, and RAM combination. I'm pleased so far with its performance. The initial setup and file transfer were seamless. I moved from an older Cyberpower machine to this one.

This computer runs everything you can throw at it! Its fast, looks cool, and quiet. I mainly play WARZONE and it can push 240hz on 4K when the settings are all dialed in. Yes there is a delay for shipping, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Trust me, leaving a bad review on this gaming desktop makes no sense. You haven’t even used it yet. It’s better to order now than later and wait even longer. Greatness comes with patience! I love this gaming desktop.
