This was the first pc I bought and I am happy with it. Obviously any prebuilt you buy will be a little overpriced but it honestly isn't too bad. One thing I would recommend is buying a better cpu fan with the pc because the one it comes with is completely useless and to flip the two fans on the front of the case so they suck cooler air into the pc (also a better mouse). Other than that, the cpu, gpu, ram, and case are really nice. I would recommend this to someone who wants a pc soon but is also willing to upgrade it and replace a couple parts in the future.

Bought this for my son who is just getting into PC gaming. He'd been using my now 11 year old potato which was slow, laggy, and constantly crashing. This PC was easy to setup and has resulted in nothing but smiles from the kid. The chip, RAM, GPU, and SSD are more than sufficient for gaming and schoolwork. RGB colors aren't the best (some colors are off) and the fans aren't the best but are okay.

Absolutely love this PC. I am new to gaming and this pre-built system has blown my mind. Runs Call of Duty, Warzone, New World no problem at all. cant wait to see what else it will handle. It was quick and seamless to set up and play in no time. The computer is quick and can mulitask extremely well. Great job with this pre-built from Cyber Power PC

It gives me really good frames for every game good and for work and gaming and I would recommend it.It’s easy to setup and use it dosent overheat and haven't had any problems so far after a month of use

I initially got this PC as a replacement for another brand-new gaming PC. Unfortunately, my other PC crashed (x8 times) and I had to get a replacement. At that time, BestBuy had CyberPowerPC with NVidia 1660 Super graphics for ~1200. I drove to the nearby BB and picked it up. Initially, I was skeptical because the specs were similar to the other PC that crashed (16 GB ram, 500 GB SSD, etc.). But after 2 weeks of meticulously looking for faults, I can't find any. I did run into an issue with upgrading ram. I got BSOD after installing 64 GB of 3600MHz RAM, but that was my mistake as motherboard specs only allow 3200 MHz. I also thought my USB3.0 outlets on top quit working, but that's because I pulled out the cord. All in all, I cannot find anything wrong with it... and I have tried. As far as performance, it's a great PC and I can have multiple high-demanding files open on my dual screen set up and the system is still running smoothly (teams, adobe, chrome, MS office, etc). I highly recommend this PC.

I am in love with this computer. I don't have the time to build a computer from scratch, and with the computer market these days, it seemed like a better option to just buy a pre-built gaming computer. I'm so glad that I went this route. Hooking everything up was a breeze. I have had zero issues. It runs smoothly and CyberPowerPC even comes with some perks like a free upgrade to windows 11 and the wifi adapter that comes with it. It even came with a nice mouse and keyboard. It doesn't come with bluetooth, but I just hooked a simple adapter and that worked with no issues. I honestly think anyone thinking of getting their first gaming computer should get this one. It's perfect.

A great Stater gaming PC. it runs smooth and can run what it needs to run. It's nice to find a great gaming PC with a good graphics card since the storage started. All in all a great product

From my son: I consider myself a gamer, and this computer fits almost all my needs. I got the gtx 1660 super version, and it works great, BUT if you are wanting purple rgb, this computer is not for you. The purple is more blue. The only other bad thing about it is, the fans aren’t the best you can get. But fans are pretty cheap, so you can get some better ones that have purple and cool really well. Other than that, it is a great computer, and I will show pictures of the “purple” rgb.

The performance is amazing and graphics card works very well when playing demanding games. I really love this computer and will recommend to other people.

I absolutely love this PC. It does everything I can possibly do with it, and it hasnt loaded for a second it seems like. I can have 100 tabs on chrome open with no lag, all the extensions I want. Anything. And it does it fast. I could not be happier. Paired with my curved Samsung monitor it looks amazing. Couldnt recommend any higher.

I researched for days before finally deciding on this product. The speed is amazing, and now that my entire family has an account on it everyone is enjoying it. This is my first time with a gaming PC but I love it. Simple and fast. The RBG lighting on the mouse and tower is a nice added touch.

I purchased this awesome PC ! I use it for video editing and gaming 16GB of SDRAM wasn't enough, however this was such an easy upgrade to 64 GB of TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 64GB (2x32GB) 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16 Desktop Gaming Memory Module Ram and she is running sweeet !!

I've been running games on my crappy Dell laptop for so long waiting to save for a good prebuilt PC due to the fact I am a beginner and have no experience with computers. Buying a prebuilt PC from CyberPower was exciting and worth every penny. It got shipped in 2 days in perfect condition. Setup was simple and easy. It most importantly runs so smooth for all my games with high FPS. I highly recommend if you are starting out and need a reliable source for prebuilds. It also come with a keyboard and mouse but I'd recommend buying your own.

What an excellent PC. Received my order before it was expected, packed wonderfully, easy instructions, very easy set up. I was not surprised that it was SOLD out because the value far out ways the price.

The boxing and handling was really nice. the inside of the pc itself was all built in nicely and very compact. Everything was just right and easy to set up if you have experience

The computer came in well packed and secure. Given the current GPU shortage this computer is an excellent platform to upgrade the graphics card from.

Yo! This pc is a must buy if you are starting pc gaming like me. Everything is included, nothing missing, nothing loose, and no cables unplugged! I was playing on my Xbox and I still do but I wanted to play on a pc but not just for gaming, also for normal tasks. Trust me, it’s AWESOME! Sorry, the pictures aren’t that clear because I didn’t take off the plastic yet. :)

using CyberPowerPC has really help me a lot i haven't had any problems with school work and gaming

Definitely enjoyed it started up right off the bat and quick and quiet. First PC but so far so good :)
