I'm start off by saying that this was shipped to my house in good condition and pretty timely manner. Next I will say that the unpacking was easy and the setup plug-in as well. I will say that next turning it on and getting it established functioning was a bit of a challenge for a computer illiterate person as myself. I had to Google some things with AI and figure out how to load dos commands to enable the ability to circumvent the Wi-Fi immediate connection requirement. Next really my only complaint is it should have been in Google. AI says it should have had external plug-in antennas for the Wi-Fi which I had to purchase separately from Best buy. And also, although the keyboard looks really cool, I wish the letter font was different. It's kind of hard to read sometimes if you're a poker like me. Although seems to be a very solid machine. I'm running fruity loops 2025 edition and DaVinci resolve 21 studio and they seem to be operating with heavy workloads without a glitch.

When i turned on the Desktop it fired up with no issues. i ran really demanding software, to test the limit of the computer and it ran silky smooth no stuttering issues games ran fantastic too. But when i took off the wrap off of the desktop i noticed there were some scratches/broken cracks in the front of the case which ruin the look of it.

Everything was great out of the box! Runs smoothly and starts fast.

As an employee, I was originally planning to build a new gaming rig along with my 13-yr old son (as it was for him with the money he has saved). We ultimately decided to purchase this pre-built due to the availability and pricing of the individual components. This new tower looks amazing and is very accessible. Love the look and design!!! Performance has been top notch. Fans do kick in and are slightly louder than we expected....but they are certainly doing their job keeping internals performing. If there was any complaint....we haven't been able to figure out how to keep his custom RGB settings when the unit goes to sleep (defaults back to original lighting scheme....only while sleeping). Not the end of the world as my son typically turns off when he is done for the day.

Runs like a dream. Can run anything. Easy set up and playing the vr is ten times better.
