This Dacor cooktop is fantastic and deserves all five stars! We bought it to replace an older Dacor model from 2009. The new model is slightly wider, so we had to trim our granite countertop to fit the extra width. Additionally, more space is needed behind the cooktop for the WiFi accessory, but a plastic cap is provided if there's not enough space. Thankfully, ours fit perfectly, so no issues there. However, Best Buy only gets 3 stars for promising delivery in two weeks when it actually took two months. Their call center was unhelpful, with representatives who struggled with English and couldn't provide additional information. To save time, I recommend going into the store directly.

A replacement for a 30 year old Dacor- so we have some brand loyalty. Notable that Dacor gas cooktops (this one in particular) have the shortest draft underneath of anything on the market. So if your cabinet space below is tight, this one will save you inches compared to anything else. LOVE the heat control and the seamless burners. NOTE if you are transitioning from a model with the controls on the side or in the middle, that having them along the bottom means that your overall burner space is a few inches less in surface area. I had to adjust my placement on pots to keep them centered on the burner. Minor readjustment, but real. As for the wifi- who cares? don't need it.

Ordered this amazing cooktop, super excited snd eager to receive to replace dying bosch 12 yrold cooktop. Had measurements confirmed, countertop shaved to fit eyc, but when it came, turns out this model gas a smallish, 2x2in wifi system that sticks out the back! So, no way could it ever fit with the backsplash and existing kitchen. Sadly it was returned and we will start the hunt again. On a positive note, the 2 instsllers could not have been nicer or better at trying to fit it in, then packing it back up and taking it away.

Loving it. Well made and BTUs are as advertised. The knobs’ back lights and WiFi are icings on the cake.

Really updated the look with this new cook-top. We're still renovating, so I haven't used it yet, but really like the knobs in the front and that you can see they are on!

What a difference it has been since Samsung bought Dacor. Dacor cooktops, once a highend appliance, is now made with thin and cheaper feeling burners, lightweight die cast aluminum and cheap plastic knobs. I have owned Dacor appliances for years, and just loved them… until now

The grates are extremely heavy ; And well-made the knobs are metal and they light up when turned on which is a nice feature so you know that the flame is lite You can Bluetooth decors hood to turn on automatically when you turn the gas top on. And also has Wi-Fi which I have not used yet

Excellent stove top. Easy to clean. Controls are out of the way of the cooking surface. Same unit as Samsung but in stock with 2 year warranty instead of 1 year.

Beautiful and functional gas cooktop that replaced an earlier Dacor model after 17 years of use. Thick, heavy grates give it the feel of an industrial unit. Solid knobs are easy to clean and allow good variability of flame height. I'm very pleased and look forward to using it every day.

I was hesitant to purchase online without seeing in the store first but I didn't have a choice. Stovetop is ok, grates are very very heavy. Wish Best Buy would answer their phone.

I callfor Service in my Gas stove top because the black color came off and one of the buttons on the stove broke and they said they don’t cover them cosmetic. They change the button and now another one broke for this kind of money. I expect it to last maybe not forever, but not like that specially when I’m not cooking every day. I don’t recommend this company to anyone

It's a range top...works like it is supposed to. Did not fit well into the hole that was there when I had a Jenn-Air. The grates are heavy, and don't stay in position well. The killer, however, is the knobs. Top is metal (great), but underneath, it is plastic. All 5 knobs have broken in the one year we have had this range top...and, this model is not even listed on the Dacor websites to facilitate buying replacement parts. (And, the Bluetooth feature is pretty useless!)
