Fhe silicone strap holding this water bottle broke during the first use. I took it out of the box handwashed everything. Filled it up with water for my morning jaunt, and it broke before i even was able to take it outside. Took it in to a bestbuy store to return, and they denied accepting this piece that i bought a week before receiving this product. Be warned. Stay away!
