Laptop runs very well. I use it for designing and have multiple programs open at a time and it doesn't glitch or freeze. There's more than enough storage for saving my projects and the touchscreen makes designing easy.

High Quality Product, packed well, great video, easy set up locally and runs well, so far enjoying the new computer

I was never able to use this laptop. Every attempt to sign in with my Microsoft account ended in an error. The setup wizard also had no way to connect to Wi-Fi and no way to exit the wizard to do it, and plugging in an ethernet cable didn’t fix it. Getting help didn’t go any better. Microsoft’s phone line only routed me to an AI system that labeled it a login problem, sent me to its AI-assisted website, and hung up on me. I called back at least three more times with the same result. Best Buy’s vendor support suggested the same steps and asked for multiple screenshots to prove I couldn’t log in. I’ve sent it back per Best Buy’s instructions and am still waiting to hear back. Because I never got past the setup screen, I can’t speak to the hardware itself.
