Great laptop
After being terminated from my job, I was looking for a laptop to help make it easier in the job search. I was used to using the Dell 5430 and the Dell 5500 was a step above. The laptop does everything I need and want it to do. It was very easy to set up and get going. It has handled all my document creations with ease. It has allowed me to do things in my job hunt with ease.

Happy with Dell.
This refurbished Dell was both a real bargain and a life-saver. If you're looking for a refurbished computer, Best Buy is a very good option.

If you were thinking about it... don't.
I got this refurbished because I am in college and needed a computer. Worst computer I have ever bought the fingerprint sensor, webcam, keyboard and even some other other software does not work. Will never buy refurbished again.
