Once it was settled I was (Mostly) Satisfied

Decent value, but mine arrived with a defective RAM slot that limited usable memory to 8GB. After considerable back-and-forth with the seller, we arranged an exchange. The included USB Wi-Fi adapter was also outdated and needed a $20 replacement. Overall, a reasonable deal, but be prepared for some troubleshooting and extra expenses.
