This is really one of the worst laptops I've ever used. All of the other reviews saying it's fast have to be shills in some way; this is by no means a fast laptop. People compared it a Macbook Neo, but it's absolutely not as snappy as a Mac in any way. Furthermore, opening the lid takes seconds for it to even start to come alive, let alone log in. It just went through a bunch of reboot cycles for reasons unknown. It will randomly not connect to my house wifi, where I have 70+ devices connected without issue. Just letting it sit for a few minutes and it magically works. The most aggravating thing is that it either complains that I'm not using the Dell-branded charger, or complains that the wattage is too low. I thought trying to force users into using only specific chargers was illegal at this point? What's the point of charging over USB-C if you're not going to let me use USB-C chargers? Why not force me to use some proprietary charger then? Or why do you have to block boot-up to tell me useless messages like the charger wattage is under the wattage in the box? I know it is? The laptop is going to sit on my desk? Give me an option to turn this off. The only thing I really like about it is the form factor, it's compact but not too small. It almost reminds me of netbooks from the 2000's.

The computer was purchased as a travel computer; my other computer is a 16-inch Lenovo, it's to heavy and big for traveling. All in all, The Dell-XPS 13.4 16 GB is a great little computer. The keyboard, track pad and touch screen work flawlessly. The processor is fast and the computer screen is bright. The computer is light weight and thin. I've had zero problems with the hardware and software. The lack of ports is a nonissue. The battery life works as advertised. If I were to nick pick the computer, I would like the keyboard light to stay lit; the charging ports could have a light showing if the computer was charged. Those two items is a personal preference; and don't change my opinion of the Dell-XPS 13.4. It's 100% recommendations.

Battery Life is good and comes with a good charger, touch screen isn’t the top of the line but it’s good for the price, i have had very little issue with speed and connection or input on the touchscreen

I bought this laptop to replace my 2015 MacBook, and the difference is night and day. It feels fast and responsive, and 16GB of memory handles my schoolwork and AI tools without slowing down. The 13.4 inch 3K touchscreen is sharp and bright, and the touch support is a nice bonus. It is thin and light enough to carry around campus all day. The 512GB of storage gives me plenty of room for my files and projects. It looks great too. For a regular Windows laptop that keeps up with everything I need, it is a great value. I would recommend it to any student.

Price was right so the screen is smaller than I would have chosen. Otherwise, it is a great little tool for college. Speed is great!

Bought this for our daughter as she heads to college. So far, she has really liked the computer and likes how long the battery lasts for classes and homework.

The problem with ordering online is you don't get a sense of the size. I wish it was a bit larger. I feel like I am going to break it. For the most part I plan on keeping it in a docking station with a large monitor so I can see it. So far I have no other complaints. It's quick and it does the job.

It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, but it also gets the job done. I can easily use it for a whole day before charging it.
