The product arrived on time and in mint condition. If I had a different model, it may have fit. This adapter was not compatible with my specific Dell XPS 15 model but perhaps it will be compatible with a different model. For my Dell XPS 15 9530, the prong did not snuggle fit into the pc. It was too big for my pc so I need a different adapter, smaller, that will fit my pc.

Was not the proper wattage output for my XPS 13 at the time, but at least it turned my computer on. It just never charged it. Good points i guess is the multiple tip options for a variety of different devices.

Replaced original equipment which failed after five years. Had to search for this replacement due to specifications, and first online purchase was incorrectly matched, so found this thru Best Buy. Works very well, but deducted one star for the cord length being too short to allow the transformer block to rest on the floor.

As far as I can tell this unit is an exact replacement for the power adapter that came with my Dell XPS M1710, for about one third the cost of buying one from Dell. It has the same size and weight as the original. The adapter plug seats securely into the receptacle on the laptop and does not come loose. It does not overheat. So far, all good!

Good price for replacement charger to be used for a school issued laptop. School wanted $75 to replace the charger- we replaced it it from Best Buy for 1/3 the cost. Looks just like the one that was lost and works better- doesn't get hot on the converter box.

Still works Great, good alternative to Dell's original almost 2 times expensive charger which will do the same job

Charger works exactly as described. Unlike the original dell charger, though, there is no indicator light on the charger itself to tell you it is drawing power.

Apparently mine didn’t fit. The store couldn’t handle the returns so had to do it myself. Be prepared for that.

I need a second power supply. The sales agent picked one of three as he could not determine the difference in the models. The plug was too big.

I have a Dell Inspirion 7586. This charger did not charge the laptop so I had to return it. I had used the chat feature to check before buying this and asked them to recommend a charger that was compatible with my laptop. They were wrong.

A good charging brick for the laptop that uses it.

I have an older Laptop and the charger was not working properly. The new charger is working and makes my life easier.

My charger just suddenly died and I was worried it would cost me a fortune to replace it. Fortunately, BB had this one at great price and it works too!

This power adapter does keep the laptop running but however it does not charge the battery. The Dell laptop gives a warning that the power supply is not suited for the device.

The product works well. And although it was double the price of ordering a factory replacement, the convenience of it being in-store was easier and faster to obtain.
