I guess I got lucky in that the "certified" drone I got fully works and came with most all pieces. The carrying bag had some leftover adhesive from what felt like packaging tape for some reason. One big thing for me was the TotalTech protection since this is a $2k+ drone. Well, don't be fooled like I was. TT does not cover this refurbed drone. Guess I am cancelling my TT now. Makes no sense at all and I couldn't find anything saying it wasn't covered until it never showed up under my covered items. Online customer service couldn't tell me why it wasn't showing up. Had to go in store and not 1 but 2 managers had to be consulted to tell me the item was not in policy. My rating is reflective of Best Buy and their poor communication policies, not of the drone itself. The drone is rather stunning and a dream to fly.

Ordered the refurbished Mavic 3 Fly More Package. Received it but it was still bound to previous owner's account. Returned and ordered another because apparently I didn't learn my lesson. Second one arrives with no extra props, no filters and the controller and drone both look like they were used for a year or more on a regular basis. So now two weeks after placing the first order I'll order a new drone but not from Best Buy. These units are supposed to be "certified refurbished". They obviously don't even look in the box before they turn them around for resale. The only plus in the whole thing is that the person at the store was nice and understood that having the first drone bound to another account was not good. Couldn't be more disappointed and I would not recommend purchasing refurb anything from Best Buy but certainly not a DJI product.

Do not make the mistake of buying a refurbished drone from Best Buy, I order refurbished mavic 3 and showed up missing a few items , right arm didn’t work and I couldn’t get it to pair with my remote, so I’m guessing it’s bound to the previous owner . Some like this happen to a lot of people who bought refurbished, brought it back and bought a brand new

The drone I got had everything but the camera mount broken, I returned it. Kind of disappointing. I'm not sure if I will continue playing roulette with refurbs, the price savings is about $500, so it seems like its worth some tries, but I dunno., buy once cry once the say

Stephen batteries are freaking awesome! Except when they’re not. They go into hibernation mode. Why? I have no idea. They’re not bears. I need you to be here for me Sizie Q. It’s like playing. Bingo. You may win. You may not. Not my problem do buy at your own risk.

Despite all the complaints, I took the leap and bought this drone. To my great pleasure the drone was perfect and in like new condition. Everything was in perfect condition and most items were in sealed/unused packaging and or still had the tags on them. Drone looks and functions perfectly and wasnt bound to the last user. Theres not much more to say. 5 stars.
