The refurbished Mavic 3 Pro Cine Premium Combo arrived in impeccable condition, showcasing the quality assurance of the Geek Squad certification process. Drone is great, Parts may not be included.
Drone is awesome but Geeksquad Certified apparently means that not all parts are guaranteed to be included. My $4K drone came without ND Filters. Contacted support and was offered $25 for the inconvenience of missing $180 worth of parts. Probably best to stick to non-certified purchases.

BEWARE
We are total care members and purchase all our products at Best Buy so we are covered. This drone was NOT covered due to being a refurb. There is no real good way to know this. I was told it was the same as buying new. We could be out a ton of money. The drone itself was amazing until it got damaged. This review is strictly to warn those that think they may be covered.
