An absolutely amazing drone! Only complaint I have would be the 3x and 7x modes. They are both a max of Dlog M instead of Dlog. They both need to match Dlog out of the regular camera. And to also have the settings switch over when switching. Annoying to setup 3 cameras settings each time. The quality is absolutely stunning though. The 7x could be a little better, but it’s definitely usable with the right light. The range is awesome and battery life is plenty. This is your one and done drone

As a professional videographer, the Mavic 3 Pro Cine blew me away. The triple-camera system—especially the Hasselblad with ProRes support—gives cinematic results right out of the sky. The built-in 1TB SSD makes workflows fast and reliable. I flew it over NYC shipyards and the detail is insane, even in tough lighting. Battery life is great, obstacle avoidance is smart, and the RC Pro is a huge upgrade. Pricey, but if you're serious about aerial film quality, this is the drone.

Great deal for $179 for a year that covers everything. Much faster then sending back to the at DJI.

This drone is Incredible I recommend this to anyone that is either starting off or is a pro with the drone. It has the filters and is super easy to maneuver. Battery lofe is about 40 mons or more. The range is great and it has 3 lenses that give you the best shots for video or photo. You can map it. Upload to your phone or camera.

Ok, at this price point it's not for everyone, it's on the high side, but if you're looking for quality video, you're not going to beat this bird. That being said, in 4K ProRes mode the video consumes about 15 GB a minute - 15x the normal h264/265 video, but oh so worth it if you have the computer hardware to edit video this size. The only things DJI could have done better would have been to make the transition between cameras in explorer mode smother, there is still a slight jump when the video shifts form 1-3x and 3-7x cameras, and to make the color match between cameras better, again the camera shifts result in a color shift especially between 3x and 7x. I jumped from the Mavic 3 to the 3 Pro Cine, to go to the 3 Pro or 3 Cine was not worth the expense but the 3 Pro Cine is the best step especially since it's $200 less than the 3 Cine. If you need the quality and can afford the price, it's a great investment.

Has very useful features like anti-collision. Pretty easy to use and has lots of on-board memory. Has a very steady picture when filming in flight.

Overall the product is great, but the problem is with Best Buy because, dealing with support was horrible. First lady I couldn't even hear or understand since she was probably off shore in international waters giving support. She stated full order would be delivered on time(wrong). I spent almost $6000 on a order and even paid an extra $37.89 for shipping to make sure it was delivered on the 19th of November 2024, because it needed a signature. Free delivery was set to be delivered on the 20th. Come to find out delivery was not going to be on time, imagine that as this has happened to me before on previous orders. Best Buy likes to use Fed Ex which is totally unreliable, when it come to delivery time tables. If I had foreseen this issue, I would have opted for the no charge and picked it up at my local store. So I took a chance and did the text chat for support and requested a refund for the $37.89 since my delivery was late and was told if it is delivered a day late. it is still in the time frame and not eligible for a refund which it was clearly not, as paying the extra was for it to be delivered on the 19th and not the 20th which was free delivery. I have spent a lot of money with Best Buy but this will be the last time. I plan to use word of mouth to deter future customers from doing business with them. I have to say their support people are not too smart. I am a military veteran and also a retired firefighter, I am totally disappointed in their response to my issues and plan on informing my fellow veterans and public safety employees to steer clear of them. They do not care about their customers as a $37.89 refund on a $5953.32 purchase was not warranted in their eyes even with the possibility of losing a customer. I will also post a complaint on the BBB. Do yourself a favor and order directly through DJI instead of buying from Best Buy

Bad experience Lost all of my beautiful videos and shots that I recorded on vacation when I went to transfer all of my videos. They should have a cloud of some sort to make sure this never happens. Mine was also defective as it crashed on a normal landing in good condition. The controller had a malfunction. Only good news is that I had a full refund past the return policy date. I would still rather have kept a good working drone and all of my memories I took on that drone.
