It's the full original must-play game plus tons of extra content and some physical extras in the box too! Just play it!

Everything was inside as advertised. I think there’s a confusion between “special/premium” edition and this product. It’s one and the same. My preorder had everything inside the Switch game case, which can initially fool people in thinking it’s just the game you’re getting. Open it up. Got my stickers, soundtrack code, membership card, even the poem. Everything. Overall, very satisfied.

Just a head ups: These bonus items are included in the physical copy; they’re inside when you open the game case.

If you liked the original or want to try the game for the 1st time I 100% recommend this version, it adds so much extra content and comes with a bunch of cool little stuff as well
First off, I’d like to say that Doki Doki Literature Club (and by extension this plus version) is an AMAZING visual novel/psychological horror game. The way the story is expressed and expanded via this plus version is amazing. The product itself is entirely cute, being exactly what feels like fits DDLC. The little physical products are included within the package and is a very nice touch.

i never had the chance to play the game myself. as soon as i heard this was coming, i had to pre-order it! the story is amazing, and im just in love with how immersive the story is and the bonds you develop with the characters. the team put their heart not only into the game, but the content inside as well.

Lovely blend of literature and romance all in one clubroom. Amazing characters, poems and psychological horror.

It’s a great game and normally I’d say everyone should play it because of the deeper message not just from the main story but mostly the side stories which do a decent I’ll be it also pbs style of how you should treat people with different mental issues, though that said the main story is out there and crazy enough to still be considered horror and then the meta game just ads a whole other level to everything to the point where I want more, so yes recommend but with like it says when you turn the game on not suitable for younger people at all, people who get disturbed easy or even some of those with depression

If you like cute poems and pretty girls in your games that have fun 24/7 this game might not be for you. I recommend you play this game without looking into what its about. Much more fun.

I honestly bought this game when it first released digitally on the switch but i liked it so much i bought the physical copy to just have it and the additional goodies is a plus also.

This a unique game that was definitely. That being said this not a game for the younger audience. The cover can fool you, but this is a game for an older audience. Even if you are over 18 but have issues with mental health, I would suggest you avoid this title under those conditions.

This game originally was released as a free PC or Steam title. You can still get the free version. However, this review would argue purchase the Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! version. The original free version of the game required basic manipulation of files and multiple deletions and downloads in order to play through to the "Good Ending" or "True Ending." This Plus! version makes playing through the story more technically straightforward while keeping all of the surprises and endearing eeriness. The added content is definitely worth purchasing the game, as well. Playing the game on Nintendo Switch was especially nice: This game is a visual novel. This means that it is akin to reading an interactive book where the only "gaming" involves selecting various "Choose Your Own Adventure" choices that redirect the story. So, the portability of Switch or Switch Lite is great for this game. Note, this game is NOT intended for children. Adult topics and themes permeate this game. Finally, all of the extras described in the product description are included in the Switch case itself. So, do not worry that there is no outer box. The extras are nice and of good quality. Doki Doki Literature Club is one game and story you will not be able to put down and will want to revisit often.

This is a great visual novel I don’t mind the this is not suitable for children on the back but my favorite Doki is Monika and the original pc version have a lot of mods that people create with good stories and routes and fan fics of this visual novel and I want Monika to be real.

If you like visual novels, this is the one for you, but only if you can handle disturbing image and subject matters (not for kids!) Early reviews complained about small text sizes but updates has fixed that problem
