Great Movie perfect customer service

Great movie. The package arrived in perfect, like-new condition. I ordered three 4K UHD movies, but USPS delivered the package to the wrong location or lost it. I contacted GRUV, and after a few messages, they sent me replacements. Their customer service was very effective and communicative. I recommend them as a seller.

I dont normally buy Dvds, so this was a splurge. I wanted to test my new headphones with pure doby surround sound. Wow! It did not disappoint!
