Red Thread Games (Draugen, Dreamfall) released this comic-book-styled Life is Strange-like adventure last year. It’s about feelings, relationships, and how we view ourselves and others, which came with some backlash from an unreceptive, often hostile market. It uses concepts like misinformation being dangerous and the power of words to help or hurt, manifested as literal in its story and gameplay. Put together, it's part slice-of-life road trip and part dystopian near-future sci-fi, with action, combat, rhythm game bits, conversations, and lots of choices. The characters are flawed; irritating or endearing, likable or unlikable, just like people are. It's really good; not perfect, but enjoyable. I enjoyed going along for the ride it took me on. I hope it finds a home among open-minded gamers that don't shy away from its themes and characters.

Absolute garbage. Only NPC humans with no soul would say this game is great. Enough of these political social games that no one wants
