Q: Does the charger output power from the USB port on the top or the Mini USB?
A: to charge the portable charger you use the provided cord with the small end plugged into the charger and the other (usb) end into either a desk top or laptop for charging it. to charge your device from the portable charger you use the usb end in the portable charger and the other (small) end in your phone.
Q: When I plug in my battery has a red light. How long does it take to charge the battery
A: It will take a few hours to charge. Once the LED turns from solid red to solid blue, the battery is fully charged.
Q: how do i know when the charger is fully charged?
A: A little light on the the charger changes from red to green
Q: Does this have enough power to charge a tablet?
A: I tried charging my iPad and it wouldn't charge. It did charge my phone but not fully. It does not hold a lot of power.
Q: Does it have a manual shutoff option? I need to use this battery pack as a continuous power source.
A: You could unplug it manually. No shut off button
Q: Does this work with the iphone 6?
A: Yes. However, it does not come with a lightning cable. It comes with a micro USB cord. To charge Apple products, you must also purchase a separate lightning cable or use the one your iPhone came with. I bought the 6 inch lightning cable to go with my portable battery and it's the perfect size for on the go charging!
