My disappointment and frustration with an unresolved issue regarding a Dyson hair dryer I purchased from Best Buy this past holiday season. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years, and I have never experienced a situation like this. I originally ordered a Dyson blow dryer for my wife as a holiday gift, clearly listed and sold on your website as a new item. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was in fact refurbished, despite there being no indication anywhere on the website that the item was refurbished. I immediately contacted customer service and was told this was a mistake and that a brand-new replacement would be sent. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived a few days after Christmas, it was once again a refurbished unit. I contacted customer service again and was assured—yet again—that I was entitled to receive a brand-new Dyson hair dryer, not a refurbished one. I then went to a Best Buy store to return the item and was told a new replacement would be sent to me. To my disbelief, I received a third refurbished unit. At this point, Best Buy is now claiming that I purchased a refurbished item, which is completely inaccurate. Nowhere on the product page did it state that the item was refurbished, and I would never have knowingly purchased a refurbished product—especially as a gift. This is not only unacceptable, but misleading. After multiple calls, returns, and reassurances, I am still without the correct product and have received no meaningful resolution. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and has significantly diminished my trust in Best Buy.

Might have been nice if the proper item was received. Listing was for a new item, was sent a manufacturer refurb. Item was reshipped with promise it would be new and received another refurb. Returned for refund.
