This extender is connected to an Eero 6 Pro wifi router network in my house, single story, which is 1800 sq. ft in area. Setup is through the Eero app available for Android and Apple. The router and the extender are about 30 feet apart with 2 walls between. This network has improved use and access to two Ring outdoor cameras and one Ring Pro doorbell through the Ring app on an Android phone and an iPad. Minimum number of connected devices on my home network is 20. Eero rates the speed of the Extender at up to 500 Mbps. Note on the Eero Pro 6 wi-fi router: there are only 2 ethernet ports on the router. I use an 8 port ethernet unmanaged switch wired to the router in order to connect 3 to 4 other devices to the network via ethernet cable.

I needed another Eero to complement my other 2. I wasn’t getting great reception in part of my hy. This helped to spread reception.

I recently changed internet vendors at my home and decided I wanted one more extender for my garage. This unit was exactly what I needed and was even on sale. It was simple to order it online and go to the store and pick it up quickly without any hassle. Very simple to set up using the IPhone app for my vendor. Couldn’t have been easier!

I got this as an expansion to my original 3 pack of eeros I got. My house is a good size and the 3 did well for it, but I Had a thin spot in the corner of the house where my boys have rooms, and on my front porch that is just outside of that. With this unit i was able to have my mesh cover the 4 corners of my house, and the bulk of my lot (minus the far back corner of my land). It was simple to set up, just plug in, pull up eero app and follow the instructions of "add a unit". We stream a lot of stuff and at any given time 2 to 3 tv's are going while 2 computers and phones are connected and we have no issues, unless our provider does. Cost and value wise and feature wise, on par with other brands available, like netgear, which their mesh units i took a hard look at because that's the brand i've used for 15 years, but went with this because i had a chance to test it before i bought it and i knew it was solid and the software app was very good. My brother got the netgear, excellent also, but i'm pleased with this, and would make the same purchase again if i had to do it over. Highly reccommended.

Great coverage, setup with the app is so user friendly. Once you connect you can move the “router” around to find the best aesthetics and performance to keep the wife at bay :). Speed outperformed the Xfinity provided router.

I have added this into my erro pro wifi 6 system. I have a brick home with the main hub in the living room one in the office and one garage. The garage is 40is ft away past a double carport. Reason am says this is this hub is piggy back off the garage in a metal building another 50 ft from the garage hub. So when I was working in the shop I had no wifi. Now with this adding the hub into the shop I get around 100/10. Plenty to steam music and for the smart tv. Setup took less then five mins via the app. Highly recommended

This extender fixed a blank spot in my house. It joined the existing network. Eero support was very helpful in checking the setup.

Great piece of WiFi extender. Long range. Installation is smooth, it is just plug and play.
For our family vacation property in Maine we purchased the modem this year and additionally added the Eero Mesh System for up to 1/2 GB speed as our place tops out at 400-500 Mbps. and it worked amazing! We did add a 4th satellite to the system but not because of the system because of our cabin that’s 100% cedar and oak and it was needed near the windows for access and extending the coverage points of the mesh network.

The add-on unit installed with ease on my network of the EERO 6 which I setup a week earlier and provided the additional WiFi coverage as advertised. The reason for the delay in setup was that the unit was out of stock. It gave me the additional signal strength to my detached garage which is approximately twenty feet from the rear of my house. Now my smart Genie garage door opener works with my iPhone as intended.

Was very easy to setup. It gave me excellent coverage in my house. The one drawback I found I could not turn off the 5Ghz band and force things to the 2.4 Ghz for smart home stuff. That turned out to not be an issue, the devices found the right network all but once
