Received The Wrong Item

The item that I received did not match the online photo which had corner bumpers and other features. I was willing to accept the item, but asked to be refunded the difference in price. I have yet to hear a response to address the issue. It’s okay to make the occasional mistake, but not okay avoiding the issue. Three stars is a generous review under the circumstances, especially after I was willing to compromise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
