Hi, thank you for your purchase and for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your cracked screen, we understand how frustrating that is. We do include visual callouts in our listing images noting that this model is designed "without a built-in screen protector" to help prevent any confusion, but we apologize if this was not clear during your purchase. Please reach out to us through our customer support channel so we can look into this with you and see how we can assist.
