Great efficient printer for everyday use. Setup was a breeze! light weight and easy to manage without giving up printer speed.

It took days for me to set up my printer. Once set up it’s great. The instructions could be a lot simpler with visuals for each step.

Supposedly an easy plug and play unit but find out it prints intermittently. Sometimes it needs to be saved in PDF format before it can be printed, and sometimes it is put into queue and won't be printed until sometimes later. Can't figure out what's wrong so have to schedule an in-home service with Geeks Squad (still waiting as my appointment date is 2 weeks away).

This product was very easy to set up. The ink wells were very easy to fill. The print quality is impressive. I’m very happy I made this purchase. It exceeded all my expectations. I use this printer in my home.

The Epson printer that I bought is a nice printer, sort of Bear bones, but that’s OK. However, the view screen on it is so small and so hard to read that it is useless. That creates a real problem at times because I don’t know what the problem is with the printer because I can’t read the view screen. So I regret buying it.

Easy set up works great this is a great printer. Works well.

Good product for the price . Easy to set up and use

We graduated to this Epson printer after our old one finally wore out. We love the quality of print of black and white as well as color. The “start print” feature from our phone is a convenience. No need for cartridges is an environmental upgrade!

The ink does not last like advertised. It is painfully slow and set up is annoying with all the apps you need etc...

I have some troubles connecting it to my laptop at work

Have had this printer for a short period of time but like it so far. Had the Geek Squad set it up for me. They did an excellent job.

I love my new printer! It fits my needs and is easy to use!

Did not print complete pages on several pages so not sure why it did that.
