After doing much research, I decided to disregard the negative feedback I had read about this Epson. Thank goodness - because this printer is just what I needed. Very easy setup. Wireless and multifunctioning, it really is "small-in-one!"

I am avid photog and use a MAC. I have had several printers but the Epson prints the best pictures. I even bought this one for my son ;)

I'm familiar with the Epson brand, and the reviews for this printer were pretty good. The size and weight are very nice, and the capabilities are par for the type of printer. What I was most surprised about, was how quickly and quietly this machine works. Setting up the printer is fast and easy, and having it attached to our WiFi is fantastic. We were closing on a home when we got this to replace our much older all-in-one. We really put it through all its paces; scanning, printing, you name it. The menus are simple and offer many choices. Despite considerable use, nothing jammed, it did not get hot, there were no error messages, and it worked well with my iMac. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced printer should strongly consider this model. The quality of the picture printing is excellent, and it's pretty fast.

I have a very small desk in a small corner. I don't have room for a large office. This printer was just the right size. Worried about the quality because I didn't have room for a bigger printer but shouldn't have. This printer works great, was easy to set up and copies look great. Thrilled to be able to print from my iPhone. The only drawback is in order to print from my phone I have to turn the printer on. Some printers I saw online will come on automatically when you send it a job. Not this one. But it is no problem for me to turn it on. Great price, great little printer. You might want to go bigger and better if you want to print photos.

Pros: easy to use, easy to setup, one click mobile printing, quick response, light weight, wireless. Hooks up wifi or email printing. Easy to see and read LCD screen. Inexpensive. Price to afford. Cons: a bit loud when printing, function and buttons is a bit confusing, buttons sometimes doesn't click to use next page or to scroll. Took little a bit of time to setup. No security it could be printed by someone off the streets. Epson setting via internet has an option to let you set who is allowed to print which was recommended option, but setting doesn't seem to be uptodate still could be printed from the streets via wifi or has a printing option on their iOS or android

I purchased this printer at a local Best Buy after reading reviews. It was easy to install and I print wirelessly. It was pretty compact and does not take up a lot of room on my desk. It also has a nice color display. For a $50 printer, I think it does a great job for the basic tasks I need it for at home.

The Epson XP-430 is very affordable, the ink is very inexpensive and the features are great. It was simple to set up both wireless and hardwired and has functioned flawlessly from the first day of use. I am very pleased with this machine.

I got this printer after reading several reviews and seeing it highly rated on both best buy's website as well as a cnet.com best compact printer. So far, this printer has been great. Quick and easy to setup, including wi-fi capabilities. I have used it for wireless printing and copying and everything has been great. Great printer for the price.

First I bought a canon which was my worst nightmare and then I switched it out for this Epson & every time I have to print something a sense of excitement comes over me because of the ease. I can print wirelessly from my phone!!!! And the speed is insane and superb quality. I absolutely love this Epson! The price was amazing and makes it a steal!

It's not fancy but for the price and ease of set up, I am very happy with this printer. WiFi works well and the printing quality is good. I wouldn't buy if you are a printer power user, but if you print on occasion and on a budget, works well.

The Epson XP-430 is a great printer for the price and finding cheap ink at many locations. Be careful though, some stores rotate ink that has been sitting to the front of selection so I suggest to just stick with Best Buy for maximum quality. Turning it on and coming online is fast when your on the go. The printer takes up minimal space and prints very clear and professional copies. Great for students on a budget or kids that may be a bit ruff on the printer as it can take some hits. I use mine in my studio and yes, there have been a couple of times we were playing and I or other members bumped into it by accident. It is still working great with no signs of problems of any sort. Even better, it prints concert or event tickets with the bar code just fine as I have not had a problem with the red scanner when let into an event. That was key for me. All in all, this is a great printer for professional or personal documentation printouts.

This a nice, compact wireless printer that pairs well with my new laptop. It was easy to set up and has more than met my expectations after two months of ownership. Only limitation is that it does not print on both sides.

If you are looking for a printer with a small footprint, this is one to look at. I doubt it's useful for heavyduty print jobs, but for casual desktop printing it's great. Very easy to set up, has good print speed (at least for black & white document printing) and produces quality results. Just be sure you have the right driver before you buy it. I purchased this for a friend and set up a network on my W10 laptop. It worked perfectly. He tried to print from an early Apple iPad with no luck, but we eventually discovered his iPad was too old to update to the appropriate driver so I had to return the printer. However, given my experience, I recommended the Epson - Expression Home Xp-430 to another friend who needed a small printer at her desk and who is NOT computer literate. She connected it by cable due to undependable Wi-Fi access. She was very pleased to report how easy it was to set up the printer and how happy she is with her printed docs.

For being my first wireless printer I really like how easy it was to set up with my Wifi network. The printer is compact and easily stored and good for a tight spaces. I'm running it off of a Mac computer and suggest to anyone that purchases this printer who has a Mac as well, When running the Epson Easy Photo Scan Application and prompted on their mac to not choose the Twain setting. Choose "No" otherwise if you choose "Twain", you will not be able to use the Epson easy photo scan application and will have to use your Mac's application Image Capture in it's place. Other than that issue, the printer works flawlessly. Printing and scanning is a breeze and images come out looking good!

After years without a printer, I caved and bought the Epson Home XP-430. I wanted something easy to set up, inexpensive to use, with wireless networking for infrequent printing. It was a breeze to set up, comes with a small set of starter ink (picked up replacements on sale when purchased... just in case). I was a bit reluctant to go with an ink jet, as previous ink jet printer cartridges seemed to dry up in between (infrequent) uses. I haven't had that problem with this printer. It's a bit slow, a bit noisier than I expected, but it works great for my needs. I was surprised by how quick the ink dries (almost immediately) and the clarity of the print, even with low end paper. Works great with all devices within network.

Love this Epson printer very handy and I love how it was sooo easy to set up and connect to WIFI! Has really great features, prints fast and I love how compact it is. Purchased this for only $49.99 was on sale and used to cost $100 definitely worth the price! You can print from your mobile device the printer is quiet and I love how it has different settings on it very user friendly. Best buy even offers a replacement guarantee 2 year warranty replacement if the printer doesnt work they will replace with a new one for only an additional $4.99. Well worth it that way you have the peace of mind that if anything goes wrong it wont cost to get a new one replaced with no extra cost

I was lloking for a new printer and did extensive resaerch and came up with this one. I was curious how well a wireless printer would work, but having used other wireless electronic devices, keyboards, mouses, etc I decided to try this Epson. It's worked perfectly and synced easily with my MAC desktop as well as my cells, tablets as well whch is an added bonus for printing files! One thing I wish the ink would last longer as I went thru the black cartridge pretty quickly. I should have done a page count but didn't. It's about what the manufacturer says though. Would highly recommend this printer for quality, prints, ease of use, functions, cast scanning as well.

Great price for a wireless printer / scanner / copier! I originally bought this because I was tired of my HP printers breaking down or having issues with wireless connectivity and driver issues. This is my first Canon and I love it for printing maybe 2-3 times a week on average. It's small and compact and I literally can pull it out from under my desk drawer when I need to print with ease. I hate clutter and am a minimalist so this item suits me perfectly. The only improvement is that I usually have to wait about 30 seconds or so from the time I hit print and when the printer actually starts printing.

This printer is great i own two of them , i like how eazy its able to be set up and ready to use i love the fact that it runns wifi or with wire , it has a sd slot aswell great for printing camera photos , the color when printing copy and scaned are so clear , this should actually be considered a 4 in 1 because the photo option. It has ! Deffently worth the money
