I was a little skeptical about purchasing due to few reviews but it is legit! I purchased here instead of the Eufy website because it was a $100 difference. This one even came with replacement parts! Best Buy did not ship the item itself, it actually came from Amazon but I just uploaded my Best Buy receipt for the warranty and it still worked! I have sent this link to a few people to save them some money!

This is the third robot vac I have owned. The first was an early model roomba and the second was a Shark. This is the first with the mop function. I have been using eufy cameras for many years with zero issues. So I'm hoping to experience the same with this vacuum. So far it has been amazing. I am fascinated with the technology and its ability to map the house. Each time it runs it seems to learn more detail. The mop funtion is great. Some mention streaking and it is slightly noticeable. I have yet to see anyone mop without some degree of streaking, so why expect a machine to be perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and would higly recommend this and any other eufy products.

The Eufy E25 has been a great addition to my home—excellent cleaning performance, smart navigation, and impressive battery life. It saves me time every day and keeps my floors spotless with minimal effort.

I wanted a two in one robot. It looks great, like the hands off feature. One thing I have noticed is the roller that is supposed to mop gets dirty on one side more and have to wash it manually. Came with some parts to replace so I swap out the roller frequently to try and have a clean mop.

Great robot I honestly can’t think of anything bad about this all in one robot does everything and more you could expect from it, I really do believe it’s worth the money I 100% recommends

Best i ever got used vacumms in the past but not as good as this one

This vacuum exceeded my expectations as it cleans well and very efficient.

This dual vac and mip, is amazing. I just moved into a rental house and it hadnt been cleaned...well to my standards So, I put it to work, and now I can walk aeound barefoot, without worry.

Replaced an irobot with this and am very pleased with its operation.
