Customer Ratings & Reviews

I was a little skeptical about purchasing due to few reviews but it is legit! I purchased here instead of the Eufy website because it was a $100 difference. This one even came with replacement parts! Best Buy did not ship the item itself, it actually came from Amazon but I just uploaded my Best Buy receipt for the warranty and it still worked! I have sent this link to a few people to save them some money!

This is the third robot vac I have owned. The first was an early model roomba and the second was a Shark. This is the first with the mop function. I have been using eufy cameras for many years with zero issues. So I'm hoping to experience the same with this vacuum. So far it has been amazing. I am fascinated with the technology and its ability to map the house. Each time it runs it seems to learn more detail. The mop funtion is great. Some mention streaking and it is slightly noticeable. I have yet to see anyone mop without some degree of streaking, so why expect a machine to be perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and would higly recommend this and any other eufy products.

The Eufy E25 has been a great addition to my home—excellent cleaning performance, smart navigation, and impressive battery life. It saves me time every day and keeps my floors spotless with minimal effort.

A co-worker told me about this device. I have owned 2 Roombas in the past and one was just an older version that really just was collecting dust, and the other constantly got hung up on stools in my bar area. Reluctantly, I purchased this Eufy model - I am mad I waited so long. The mapping occurs within minutes of first use. It is even intuitive to self label rooms and can tell you where there are wires in way, outlets, etc. It also expertly navigates stools, table legs, ottoman legs, everything. And, I think the mop feature, where you can assign certain rooms heavier to lighter liquid and mopping passes, is incredible. I LOVE this mop/vac. Eufy has done it right.

I wanted a two in one robot. It looks great, like the hands off feature. One thing I have noticed is the roller that is supposed to mop gets dirty on one side more and have to wash it manually. Came with some parts to replace so I swap out the roller frequently to try and have a clean mop.

Great robot I honestly can’t think of anything bad about this all in one robot does everything and more you could expect from it, I really do believe it’s worth the money I 100% recommends

My daughter is enjoying her vacuum mop. She has two little ones and one more on the way. She said it helps her keep up with spills and messes. She told me it works great and she loves the gift.

Best i ever got used vacumms in the past but not as good as this one

It does what it says it does, doesnt complain like my organic sweeper/moper. The only complaint i have is this, when it goes back to its base and empities itself it gets SUPER loud. It also will gobble cords.

This vacuum exceeded my expectations as it cleans well and very efficient.

This dual vac and mip, is amazing. I just moved into a rental house and it hadnt been cleaned...well to my standards So, I put it to work, and now I can walk aeound barefoot, without worry.

Just wished he had some kinda of bumper to avoid it from getting scratched up

Replaced an irobot with this and am very pleased with its operation.

Great item at a great price. It works great. Does the job!

Very good the product cleans well and my house has been mopped
