This bench exceeded my expectations. Assembly was quick and straightforward — no complicated instructions needed, and I had it fully set up in under 30 minutes with just the included tools. Once assembled, it feels extremely sturdy and stable, even during heavier lifts and different backrest angles. There’s no wobbling or shifting at all, which gave me a lot of confidence during workouts. The 8 backrest positions make it versatile for chest, shoulder, and arm exercises, and it folds up nicely for storage when not in use. Both my wife and I use it regularly and we’re really happy with the quality and stability for the price. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable home gym bench.
