I’m using this in an unheated area and cannot get it to flatten out completely. I suspect it will flatten better when the weather warms up. I will then move it outside into the sun for a while to get it to soften.

We advise that the best way to flatten out our Vinyl mats is by leaving the mat in a warm room with weight placed on the corners for 72 hours. We do offer other ranges which will lie flat immediately after unpacking, such as our polycarbonate mats. Works like a floor mat should. I really like the large size. I'm a heavier guy and this has held up well compared to past floor mats.
