    Perfect for my home gym

This bench is awesome! It is light enough for me and my kids to move around the gym area, but very solid for lifting at all angles. I am so glad I decided to buy a weight bench with pins for adjusting the angle, it's a super simple yet effective design.

    Versatile, easy-to-store bench

This bench is well-suited to lifters within a a few inches of average height. Its array of back and seat pad angles makes it useful for nearly any exercise variation you can think of, and the shin support pad is great for training in the decline position. The splated rear leg makes it highly accommodating for wide-arc movements like lying overhead triceps extensions. The only downside I can name is that the bench's legs arent especially high-friction, but this can be solved with shelf liners or rubber mats.
