Q: What is the rough opening dimension?

A: You can access this information from the website that contains dimensional and installation data. The counter opening size is about 1-1/2 inch less than the units dimension both in length and width. I did not have to worry because I was replacing a 36 inch wide Magnetic induction counter top with this new one. One thing important to know is that there are two support brackets included that must be mounted as per instructions for a perfect Fit.

Q: I have a Frigidair glass cooktop that is 16 years old. I just replaced the wall oven below it with a new Frigidaire. Will this cooktop work with a current model Frigidaire below counter oven?

A: Thank you for reaching out to us! If the new wall oven is in alignment with the required cutout dimensions and clearances, you should not have an issue. More information on the required installation parameters can be accessed using the following link: https://content.syndigo.com/asset/0615ceb8-3b9b-4d35-9774-ad270d52f302/original.pdf. Q: what kind of cookware do you have to use on these cooktops

A: Induction cooktops do need cookware that is deigned for induction cooktops. One tip I read was to bring a magnet to the store and see if the cookware bottoms were magnetized. But also cookware will list if it is induction compatible. So you can shop for that key feature specifically.

Q: Replacing my glass cooktop after mine broke. But not sure on measurements. Everything I see tells me standard size is either 30in or 36in. Current cooktop measurements are left to right 35 1/4 in and front to back 21 1/8 in. Hole 34 1/2 & 20 1/2. Any Help

A: Hi, Thomas. Thank you for connecting with us about this cooktop. We will be happy to provide you with the dimensions. The width is 36-3/4", depth is 21-1/2", and the height is 4-3/4".
