I love my cinema! The short clips are so fun and I love all the cool filters it’s adds to photos! It does get a little warm and I imagine constant use could make it a little too warm but no issues yet.

Amazing camera that gives vintage filters! It also doubles as a polaroid printer, and the companion app isn’t necessary, but definitely nice to have

Makes short videos that are cool. Had a decade dual that films in the form of that decade. Can also print pics from it.

The concept of this camera is excellent, and it pulls it off quite well. This is a fun, versatile camera that needs very little fuss. It looks nice referencing the original Fujica Super 8. It has a D-pad that helps you navigate menus, but it's thrilling to see physical buttons for the primary operation of the camera. There's no need to memorize what double presses or holds do, and I'm thankful for that. The printable video feature is really neat. There's motion effects. The accessories are much appreciated and can vastly improve your experience. However, the following issues make it very difficult to recommend: -the older the video style, the lower the resolution. This is generally true of video for various reasons, but this camera takes it way too far. The super 8 mode will produce videos filled with anti-aliasing static, something that should not exist in a film simulation. It's incredibly off-putting and ruins what is otherwise very convincing color grading and fun overlays. Maybe they'll release a firmware update that fixes this, but it is a giant bummer to this camera. -the Print mechanism never seems to work the first time. It always requires a second twist, which the camera/manual never acknowledges. -As awesome as the printed video feature is, it's awkward having to transfer the video to phone first before printing. Transfer takes a weirdly long time, even with the faster Wifi transfer mode. Meanwhile, you could transfer much larger GoPro or DJI drone footage in a fraction of the time. -The eyepiece is way too easy to knock off; fortunately, there's a lanyard to the camera. It's also easy to mount upside down, which could come into play if inexperienced people are handed the camera. -The grip portion is very wide and difficult to handle, even with my large-size hands. This often makes the included grip a hinderance to proper handling, not an aid. Trigger is also vague and hard to feel out. Since it's easy to accidentally shoot anyway, I wish the trigger was more pronounced. -Software is slow. It takes way too long to turn on. I've had multiple issues with the camera freezing at various points in filming. The camera also requires you to confirm before actually saving the file, which is not something you can disable. Considering you're expected to supply your own SD card and that the camera has extremely little onboard storage, it shouldn't be this nervous to save a video. This kills the entire flow and point of this camera. I advise against buying this camera until a firmware update fixes the video artifacting, because there's currently no workaround or settings-tinkering that can be done to circumvent it. I've owned this camera since release and have barely used it primarily because of that shimmering effect.
