I am very satisfied with this GE washer. What has made my life much easier is the ability to connect it to my phone and Alexa; the smart control truly makes laundry much more convenient and efficient. Additionally, the venting system is excellent for keeping it fresh and preventing odors, and the drying mode works wonderfully to keep everything in perfect condition. It is a very complete unit with great capacity and a modern design that looks great.

Very quiet , very quick , very efficient. So far through 3 weeks no problems. The app feature is pretty neat letting you know when your load is done. Especially like the soap dispenser feature that allows you to fill 50oz of detergent. Spin cycle is very quiet

Love it so far! We had Geek Squad come out and install the units. They did a great job and gave me a quick but thorough overview of the machines.

WORST WASHING MACHINE EVER!!! Do not buy this machine. Purchased 12/23 and have had nothing but problems. Oh and god help you when dealing with GE for support. Warranty is 12 months from date of purchase. At 18 months, the control board went out. GE said "pound sand". Called a local appliance repair guy. He fixed it, for $400. Three months later, broken again, so another $400. up and running. I'm now $800 in repairs on a $900 washing machine. fast forward to today... 1/14/2026... broken again, same symptoms, same drama, same cost to repair. Called another repair company, they told me not to waste my money. It WILL happen again. They had replace 50, yes five zero of those control boards on various GE model washing machines in the last 14 days. Both repair companies told me the GE is the worst washing machine ever made and GE won't do anything about it. The replacement control boards are the same garbage they came with. GE also will not credit or update the boards to fix the issue. Most companies are at least willing to send you the part at no expense, or send out a service bulletin about the issue... But not GE! Also dont get me started on the moldy smart dispenser and terrible spin cycle. Save yourself the heartache and financial burden and don't BUY GE.

Works great but a huge dent on the top like someone put a heavy item on it is heavy to load and the dent was not to noticeable but why should I pay full price I’m asking a slight refund I’m not bringing it back way to heavy please

So far it has been a very nice washer and uses less water than our previous top load washer

I went to start a load and the door lock light flashed and the machine turned off. I ordered a new door lock and changed it. Now it has new codes that the dispenser motor isnt working and the vent in the front is part of that error too. Smh. Does anything last anymore?

I've had the machine for 13 days and the glass front shattered.

After 2 replacements and 3 GE service calls, my washer continued to shake and make loud noises with light loads. I would never order this. Switched to a LG washtower

3 weeks old and will not spin clothes dry. Slow speed no matter what setting. Best Buy gave me GE phone number, left in the cold with faulty washer and a $1000 bill!

I bought a stacking set because I have limited space in my utility room. I bought this set in particular because of the feature that the washer and dryer would communicate and I could control the dryer from the washer. We tried several times through both wifi and bluetooth and have not been able to get the two to communicate how they are supposed to. Fortunately, I am not short and can reach the dryer controls ok, but I am disappointed as I chose this set specifically for that feature. Other than that, I am very pleased with it. I LOVE the automatic detergent dispenser.

We bought the GE washer and the dryer together. The washer can be linked to the dryer and we can control them both with our phone. We can set up the wash and get notifications when the laod is done on our phone so you never have to go and physically check if the laundry is done again. Another great feature is that it is mold free and odor free. My last dryer would tend to smell every few months and even sometimes after cleaning it. But so far the GE washer has been great. We just have to wash it once a month with vinegar or bleach and it has it's own venting system so that you don't ever have to worry about poaaible mold or smells. One of my favorite features is we don't have to measure iut detergent anymore for each load. We fill up the washer with detergent and for each load the washer weighs out the laundry and pours the correct amount of detergent from it's storage every time. There are still ao many other smart features we are learning about but it has made doing laundry effortless. One note though is that the washer is extremely heavy so make sure you get it delovered and installed or have enough people to move it.

So far we have not had any issues with the washer. I will have to give it some time to get an accurate feel of how great of a washer it will prove to be. Nice and big. I like the heavy duty door and I hope it will hold up and not leak like previous front load washers. I really like the reservoir which holds enough soap for multiple washes without having to pour soap in every time you wash.

Does the job quietly and efficiently. Large enough for comforters and pillows. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a new washer with more capacity.
