Q: What is the difference with having a cooktop with a stainless trim and a cooktop that does not? I am replacing counters in my kitchen but trying to find if the stainless trim is worth the extra money.

A: Hi there! We appreciate your interest in our built-in electric cooktop. Having a stainless steel trim or not is purely an aesthetic option, depending on which look you like best! If you have stainless steel appliances this trim option could be a good fit for you, but the cooktop itself would not be different. We hope this helps! -Sarah@GEA

Q: What are the sizes of the burners?

A: Hello, Good question! We're grateful for your interest in this cooktop and we'd be happy to help with the element (burner) sizes. We found that both the left rear and left front elements are 7". The right front element is 8", and the right rear is 6". The center element is 9"/6". We hope this helps! -Sylvia@GEA

Q: I have Electrolux induction cooktop w/cut out dimensions of: Width 29 5/8 Min. to 29 3/4 Max. And Depth 20 3/4 Min. to 20 1/2 Max. I want to replace Electrolux cooktop w/GE Profile model number PP9030DJBB. Will GE cooktop fit cut out of the Electrolux

A: Hi Valued Customer - Thank you for your interest in a new GE radiant glass cooktop. Based on the specifications we have available, your existing cutout is too large to accommodate our cooktop. The recommended cutout dimensions for our cooktop are 28 1/2" - 28 5/8"W x 19 5/8" - 19 3/4"D. We do offer a filler kit JX32TRB that may work for you. The filler kit will reduce any 30" cooktop cutout as large as 29-13/16" wide by 20-7/16" deep to what will be the "standard cutout" size for most current and future models. "Standard cutout" is typically 28½"W x 19½"D. For additional information please see: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/filler-trim-kit-for-most-ge-30-cooktops-black/7252867.p?skuId=7252867 We hope this helps! - Vikki@GEA

Q: What is the best way and best products to clean this cooktop?

A: Hey there- Thank you for reaching out with your question. Before using your glass cooktop for the first time, it is recommended to clean it with an approved cooktop cleaner, like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. Daily use of this cleaner will also help keep the cooktop looking new. Other cleaning creams may not be as effective. Also Use of sponges or cleaners other than those recommended can result in damage to the cooktop. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or need anything else. All the best! Dianna@GEA
