Q: What last the difference between the 7000 and the 9000 series?

A: It works with door open - it even has a door stop feature used for drying out foods - like an air dryer.
A: Per the fine print in timer instructions: “ Please Note: On a double wall oven or a double oven range, you can only set the Timer for use with one oven at a time”
Q: Does the oven have to be used as convection or can it be used in the standard way?
A: Can be used both ways. Love what it can do.
Q: To air fry food. is that a separate setting or how is that accomplished?
A: There is a separate setting. you put the food in And then turn the air fryer on to a temperature up to 500. They recommend turning over the food at the halfway mark. Makes it crispier

Great oven top oven doubles as an air fryer!
This was a very wise purchase! It’s easy to use. You can monitor it and start it from your iPhone away from home! A double convection oven also conserve as an oven you can just bake in and the top oven can be used as an air fryer!! so glad we purchased this!

Wow! Just wow!
The touch screen scared me a lot. I just used it for the first time and all I can say is wow. The user interface is very easy to use. It is very intuitive and, well, pretty! The window is massive! You can easily see both racks of food. The oven light is bright. The oven heated up quickly. We cranked it up to max for the first use to burn off what ever is inside a new stove that smalls like burning plastic. Yes I removed all of the packing tape first. Both ovens have a sliding lower drawer. Very nice feature!

The cooks best friend.
Oven was delivered on time, friendly installers. Oven works great with my phone, notices are sent to my phone notifying all temperatures. Easy to use and understand the instructions.I love the sliding grates and the temperature probe that works in side the oven.
