If your battery won't hold a charge, we'll take care of it
Get a one-time replacement for your original non-disposable battery (or product if it's an integrated battery) if it fails to hold at least 80% of its original charge specifications.
If your screen has bad pixels or a shadow image, consider it handled
If you have at least three pixels that are always the same color or a ghost image that won't go away, we'll get your screen looking like new.
If there's a hardware failure, we'll repair or replace your product
This could be a problem with an internal part, how the wearable product was manufactured, or normal wear and tear. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity.
If your wearable product won’t turn on because of a power surge, count on us to make it right
You're covered if there's a power surge or fluctuation that damages your product. This includes a surge caused by a lightning strike.
