Buy It Literally Anywhere Else

Dont expect Best Buy to send you the correct strap if you want the sport loop, instead you'll get a mis-sized Insignia rubber strap. When you go online to ask for help they'll say "go to the store they can help" when you go to the store they won't actually help and they'll say "but call and they can help" but they can't help they'll also tell you you can't get the correct strap but you can return it (duh I knew that) - but what a bout a credit for wasting my time with the wrong isntructions? Sorry nothing we can do.
