The Apple Watch looks great and feels premium. It tracks fitness accurately, runs smoothly, and is easy to use daily. Battery life is decent, and overall performance is reliable. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The Apple Watch shipping took about a week and arrived when promised. Package contained watch with band and charger. Battery was more than 60% charged. Condition of watch was excellent. No printed instructions included, but these were easily found online. Process of pairing watch with iPhone went smoothly. I would recommend this seller to friends.

I moved up from a series 3 watch to this one. This new one allows one to do so much. At a glance I know what phase the moon is in and whst time it will appear, the day and date, the time of sunrise/sunset, and percentage of battery remaining. Then there are all of the functions that the two buttons access. I love it!

Series 10 watch is perfect! Was between this and an 11 but 10 is perfect for what I need and tracks everything.

Always buy refurbished. Never had a problem and Best Buy backs it just like new. Just doesn’t come in original packaging.

Honestly i good change I have the 7 and now the 10 is perfect the size and is more acutely the metrics so is so recommended

The watch came in practically mint condition. I found 2 very thin scratches on the display but they're hardly noticeable unless you really look for them. The battery health was at 100% life which was surprising given the fact that the watch is 2 years old. Very happy with the purchase.

I normally do not like to buy used tech, but this particular watch looked brand-new. Not a single scratch or sign of wear. Only thing was that it came with the sport band and not the sport loop as advertised.

I give this product 3 stars because I had to purchase this Apple Watch twice, not because I wanted 2 Apple Watches but because the first one came locked to the last owner. I was genuinely so irritated and upset that it came like that, I went to Best Buy the next day I got the first one and they were able to exchange it for a different one which I had to wait 1 more week for it. I never had any issues like this w Best Buy but I’m just glad they were able to help me. This would definitely make me think twice before buying a used device from Best Buy again. The new Apple Watch works great tho so I’m happy it all worked out.

First time owning an Apple Watch and I am very satisfied. The wrist band is very comfortable and easy to put on.

Watch is great but I had to visit my nearby Best Buy twice to get it exchanged. 1. to exchange the watch face. 2. To get the correct band I ordered. Quite a hassle but the lady who helped me initially exchange the watch face, also came to my rescue with the band issue a couple of days later. I will probably most likely think twice about purchasing from Best Buy in the future.
