For $215, you really can’t beat this for the latest Apple Watch. The packaging it came in was not pretty and the watch itself didn’t have that pristine new look, but I’ll sacrifice having to wipe off a few fingerprints to save that much money. My watch functions perfectly. I did get a protective cover for it. Very pleased with my purchase!

I had purchased this watch to replace the gen 1 watch my wife had. About every feature of the apple watch has been improved. ECG feature is pretty neat, and the display is awesome.

I bought this refurbished watch for my 7 year old daughter who's been begging for a smart watch for nearly a year. She loves it and honestly I 'would' say it's really nice, has alot of features, games and all that 'but' the battery life on it is HORRIBLE. You can charge it all night and it'll still be completely drained by noon. Even if you just set it on the counter and don't touch it, it'll be completely drained before the end of the day. I didn't have high expectations considering it's an older model and is a refurb, but I wouldn't recommend this for anyone unless it's just going to a kid that wants something to fidget with every now and then.

It’s a good deal. The watch fits perfectly, helps me meet my goals. I also have the minnemouse screensaver. When tapped, it tells the time. My kids are using it to learn the time. Generally…. It’s a very good deal

Other than the lack of a pretty Apple Watch box, this watch is flawless. Yes, thrilled with the watch in general, but BB Refurb is perfect.

I give this refurbished Apple Watch 1 star because I received the item locked. Geek squad claims that they restore every item but this was not the case for this watch. I had to get a refund. I was very disappointed and lost my trust for Best Buy geek squad.

This watch was in excellent condition. Not a single scratch. Only thing missing was plastic protective cover on face.

I don't see why people are reluctant to get a refurbished item...worst case you return it and move on with your life. The savings we were able to get buy getting a refurbished watch is well worth it. Works great.

I was so excited about his purchase. When I received the watch I tried to pair it to my phone. I couldn’t because the watch was still connected to original owner. Apple said it will take 7 to t10 business days to resolve. Crappy and very disappointed ☹️
