Although the watch was functional, there were multiple scratches on the face of the watch, which was both disappointing and distracting, so I ended up bringing it back and getting an open box version (with Apple warranty and no scratches on the glass face)

I wanted to get the Apple Ultra 2 instead of the Ultra 3 but I cannot wait till the Ultra 4…

Too big and bulky for me. I wish these features came in a smaller size watch. Uncomfortable but worked great. Recommend for someone with bigger wrist

This refurbished watch is a decent purchase as you can rely on Best Buy for authenticity of the product. Though disappointed not to get the watch strap advertised and shown in the picture. It came with a standard strap which goes with the regular watch (not the ultra 2). Same for the watch charger, came with a generic one. Having said that, still happy with the purchase as it has helped me get healthy and pushing me to exercise and walk more than before. Price has been huge factor in my decision to purchase a refurbished ultra 2 vs new watch 10 series.

This is my first foray into a Referb item, and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. This watch replaced my Apple 10 watch that I scratched. I always wanted the Ultra but refused to pay $800, so I thought I would give a Referb a shot. When I received the watch the first thing I looked for was scratches and scuffs and did not find any. My 2nd observation was the battery health. Discovered it was 99% which exceeded my expectation. Had it over a week now and can get 3 days of battery life with Always On display shut off. Must add that I put a screen protector on it as soon as I took it out of the box.

The battery doesn't stay. Also found some scratches on the watch. I certainly won't recommend it. The band that was received was not the one in the advertisement. But there is no way we can prove it. Because it was delivered online.

Fantastic watch, as expected. It’s so rugged but beautiful, I’m afraid to workout in it and scratch it or something - BUT IM SUPPOSED TO DO THAT! Sigh.

I really am enjoying this watch ! It has everything a person wants and needs in a smartwatch, I couldn't be happier about it.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
