Everything is fine, the MacBook is in perfect condition and everything works correctly, except that at the time of purchase the product said it was 512g and when I received it the box was also marked as having 512g of storage but the computer only had 256g, I called customer service a couple of times and went to the office once and they only told me they couldn't help me and they couldn't resolve anything for me, the truth is it's unfair that they offer you something with a certain memory capacity and give you something with less capacity and nobody can do anything to help you about it

The macbook said it will come with 10core gpu and 512gb ssd but there is no 512gb or 10 core gpu. Trying to scam people with wrong specs.

The brand new maxbook air is only $20 more. They mark up the refurbished and offer a bigger discount, while zooming in on the photo of the refurbished and zooming out on the new mac book air. I cant wait to return my macbook once it gets delivered. Best buy customer care also did nothing about it. Did not care. Last time using best buy. Why would anyone want a refurbished macbook over a brand new one?

Hey first off I was surprised that this laptop was in immaculate condition and came in the state of the art protective casing that it was shipped in as well as the shipping speed! Second, the laptop was charged and ready to go once I opened the box! If you are a Mac owner then you know that Christmas day feeling you get once you finally get all of your info transferred onto it! I now know that Best Buy is the Official place to get anything Apple for a reasonable price! I did my research before purchasing and also compared pricing and Best Buy couldn't be beat! The mac performs very well and I never miss a message now! Battery life is great especially for those who are always moving around!

My daughter absolutely loves her refurbished MacBook! She has no issues with it and we got it way cheaper than a brand new MacBook. Looks new and works like a charm so we don’t regret our purchase at all. Display is stunning and battery life is comparable to iPhone battery life.

Got thus for my daughter for her birthday! She got it all set up very quickly. Was easy to connect her phone and set up. Works great without any issues.

Coming from Windows, the Mac takes some getting used to. Online Word/Excel are a pain. The product quality seems great. Battery is excellent and no scratches.

Well my 10 yr old Toshiba laptop was done and I needed a new laptop. Since i have already purchased a refurbished iPhone and iPad from Best Buy I decided to go with a refurbished MacBook. No regrets, I love this machine. It is beautiful, fast, easy to use.

I recommend Geek Squad refurbished items. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Battery cycle is also quite good. Only 72 cycles. I saved couple hundred dollars with this purchase.

so far it works really well and faster than my old laptop. Has a really good battery life when just using firefox and lite small games
