I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished product, but this MacBook Pro exceeded all my expectations! Although it’s certified refurbished, it came in immaculate condition—practically like new. The Space Gray finish was flawless, and there were no signs of wear or scratches. Performance-wise, the Apple M1 chip is lightning-fast, and the 256GB SSD ensures quick boot times and plenty of storage for my needs. The 13.3” Retina display is vibrant and crisp, making it perfect for both work and entertainment. I’ve been using it daily for a few weeks now, and it runs smoothly without any hiccups. For the price, this is an unbeatable deal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium laptop at a fraction of the cost of a brand-new model. Geek Squad did an amazing job refurbishing this MacBook!

The MacBook came in pretty great condition; everything works perfectly and there appears to be little to no scratches and scuffs on the laptop. The battery health was at about 94% which, for a laptop released over 5 years, is really good. The 8GB of ram is pretty limiting, and some tasks required using swap memory, although it is fine for most basic tasks (although 16gb of ram is still recommended)

The laptop was free of any and all imperfections, had been factory reset, the battery health was at 99%. The fadtory charger hadn’t come packaged with the system so they upgraded me to a 140W charger free of charge! Im extremely impressed with Geeksquads quality, genersoity, and attention to detail. The discounted price of the system was just the icing on the cake, i would 10/10 reccomened buying refurbished apple products from Best Buy!

Was skeptical at first but it arrived quickly and packaged nicely. Came with a charger that works great! Easy to set up and use, one minor blemish on the outside of the top but i don’t mind. Has a good battery life and everything works!

My MacBook Pro is everything I had hoped it would be and more. I’m able to multitask with ease. Whether I’m listening to a lecture while working on a spreadsheet or researching and writing a paper with the split screen function, I’m very impressed with Apple and the MacBook’s versatility. The battery life is strong, the display is great and the Apple Intelligence feature is what you buy Apple for. This for me was indeed a Best Buy!

Works great. I was nervous about going the refurbished route but it worked out great. Great machine and fit with my budget. It arrived earlier than projected also which is always a plus.

So far, so Good. She’s a lovely little machine, fast and efficient.

Everything about this product was basically like new. There were a few dirt marks on the keyboard and a few fingerprints that were on the screen but nothing that cant be cleaned. The computer works fast and allows me to get all my work done. No issues thus far

Product arrived in amazing condition other than a 83% battery health, other than that everything was just as advertised

The big screen and more RAM is over hyped this is better and way more portable has helped me complete all my tasks efficiently, would go with the smaller size Mac for any model now especially this one.
