Doing exactly what I ordered it for! Keeping me gaming while I'm trying to slowly assemble a PC. Works great, plays Bloodborne like a dream, it'll absolutely be staying with me until I upgrade to a PS5. If I ever need to. The sale I got it during also meant the price was just right.

The PlayStation 4 console is in mint new condition! No scratches. Blue ray player works perfectly. New controller. System software working accurately. Thank you best buy team for great purchase and savings.

Everything works really well and I really enjoy it

It works, but it arrived dirty and sticky all over it. This item was for a birthday gift. And it looked like I pulled it out of the dumpster. I could have probably found a nicer console at a pawn shop.

Item didn’t work. The system was corrupt and wouldn’t allow to play any games. The console which came with us was cracked. Item was returned to Best Buy. First and last time buying anything refurbished.

It worked my son is so happy IM impressed by how you guys fixed it and it works very well

This item was simply mind blowing on how they could ship it in a box without any protection. We got it right n time for my daughter Christmas last year. It was busted up but it did work fine. Didn’t have the time to go to Best Buy and fight with them. Because she was going back to Texas. So I ate the money I spent and won’t be ordering anything refurbished again.

Everytine i play a game it kicks me out with error codes that dint work and it wont let ke sign into ky microsft account:(

Damaged product. The joystick R2 key was damaged, the console is having heavy scratches on the top.

The PS4 came as described. It was a bit rough cosmetically, but it works and that's all that matters.

No problem this product works well, i would recommend it.

It seems to work fine but there are times the console is looking the disc. But other than that it works fine.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. Especially since I like Best Buy a lot and they took it back with no issues at all as well as refunded my money fast. The product deserves a 1 start but Best Buy gets a 5 star so I put it in the middle. Product - First when the product was sent to me it had the wrong cables for power and it didn’t have a data cable just a charging cable. That cause major issues at first. Best Buy offered to swap them out in store. Didn’t get around to it cause I had spares. For the console itself it had its own issues where it would brick itself a lot which would take forever to get the system running again. After doing updates it got better but still would happen after not playing for days. After that I just returned the system too many issues

I have been using the console for a few weeks now and is working great. It was in good condition and came with all the necessary accessories to hook the console up.

It's perfect!! Exactly what I wanted! Also it was very well packed in the box, ensuring it wouldn't get broken!!!

So far the playstation runs well. It is operating as intended. I woukd suggest at least wiping the console and controller off. I completely understand these are refurbished or used.. but a lysol wipe before sticking it in the box would be nice.

The console is very good and works extremely well would recommend it 100 times out of 10 , Good if you don’t have the money for ps5
