I was honestly a little nervous about buying a refurbished PS5, but this turned out to be an excellent purchase. The console arrived in very good condition with only a couple of tiny cosmetic scratches that are barely noticeable. The controller looked practically brand new. What surprised me the most is that I ordered the Digital Edition, but I actually received the Disc Edition, which was an amazing upgrade. Performance has been flawless. I’ve been using it heavily for over two weeks now playing games like Cyberpunk 2077, Mortal Kombat 1, and EA Sports FC 26 with zero crashes, overheating, lag, or system issues. The console runs smooth and quiet even during long gaming sessions. The only issue I had at first was occasional black screen flickers, but that turned out to be caused by the HDMI cable included in the box. After switching to a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable, everything worked perfectly. Overall, this refurbished PS5 exceeded my expectations and ended up being one of the best tech purchases I’ve made recently. Great value for the price.

LAN port doesn’t work even when I used an Ethernet adapter. And one of the USB ports on the back, the blue plastic part is missing so it’s a loose connection and wouldn’t support my external HDD. Luckily the other USB port works or I wouldn’t be able to play my PS4 games.

Item was shipped in a brown box not original also got this at a deep discount so the fact that it works makes me happy sounds like a screw is loose on the inside of the console. Controller has a big crack on it but it works.

I bought this used PS5 from Best Buy and honestly I’m impressed. The console arrived in excellent condition and looked almost brand new with barely any signs of use. It was clean, set up perfectly, and has been running smoothly with no issues at all. Buying used saved me money, and I still got a system that feels like a new one. I would definitely recommend buying a used PS5 from Best Buy if you’re looking for a great deal and a reliable console.

I was skeptical at first when purchasing a refurbished PS5 because I've heard many horror stories on items like these. But it's been working just as good as the PS5 I purchased directly from the PlayStation website. It came with all the wiring that would come in a nonrefurbished PS5. They actual sent extra and the very long cords to where I can play in my sitting chair or at the top of bed.

I've been using PS 5 for months now and it completely lives up to the hype. It's fast loading, graphics are stunning and dual sense controller adds a whole new level of immersion.

If you’re expecting anything clean then I would just go ahead and skip right over this or anything geek squad has to offer. You’d think refurbished meant refurbished but no the console came in pieces and with an iPhone usbc cord and a dirty controller. Dust flew out the box when I opened it. And I was in my car because my gut was telling me this was a mistake. I nearly coughed my lungs out. Disgusting and disappointing. I went back inside and returned it within 2 mins so I have no pictures to show. But trust me when I say, it was disgusting. I wish I could give this Less than one star. If you’re just buying this for gta I don’t blame you I’m sure it works it’s just disgusting. N
