So far so good. I've never heard of Geekom before. But the specs looked good for the price point. Also my first time going with and AMC CPU. I've had this for almost 2 months now and it's been great so far. The Ryzen 9, 2tb ssd, and 32gb ram is what made me go with the A8 AI unit. No lag what so ever. Everything opens up fast and smooth. Even when I come back from a shut down, where I click to open chrome, and it opens up my previous 30-40 tabs, everything opens up so smoothly compared to my other 16gb ram laptops and Intels. I use this mainly for web browsing, media, stock trading with multiple charts. I have connected 2 4k monitors to it as well.

I recently purchased this product. It arrived in good condition. The setup was straightforward. The performance has been consistent and reliable. I would recommend it to others.

Great mini PC! Super fast with multiple tabs and dual 4K monitors, incredibly compact, and comes with a clean Windows install with no bloatware. Setup was easy, performance is smooth, and it runs quietly. Highly recommend!

Came faster than expected and was well packaged. The footprint is amazingly small for what is under the hood. Very pleased with everything about it to date. Easy set and and it just works. The best part is it wasn't loaded with all the bloatware and crap you get from HP's, Dells, Lenovos, ... By far and away the cleanest PC I have every purchased. I don't think Geekom added anything other than a clean windows install. You do get all the Windows junk to clean out but that isn't on them. All in all it was a great experience. Hope it last the test of time now.

This is a wonderful option to getting a full size computer. I'm able to run 3 monitors and conduct zoom calls, and create digital products. This was super easy to set up and I would recommend this option over a desktop.

A much smaller in size computer than I was expecting. Fast and Geek Squad move and installed most of my software. Had some hard to find and not currently supported software. Fast based on my old computer. Have enough ports of everything I need. Quite no fan noise.

So far the computer is doing good. Fast and compact size. The only things I don't like about it is, not enough of usb ports and the external jack for head phones and external speakers should be in the back of the computer or one in the front and one in the back of it.

I am very happy with this purchase. I am not a gamer, but I suppose the A* AI model could hold its own in most gaming applications. It is excellent for what I do, though. At the time, Best Buy had the most competitive pricing, and it arrived within 3-4 days. Came preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro. Very easy to set up.

Surprise of the size. Speed is a little slower than my alien.

Love it, it’s the size of a Mac mini, but much bigger memory 1tb and double the ram for way less$ than a mac

It's my lil BEAST ~ I love how simple this little 5x5 box does so much in such a small package. Highly recommend this PC to anyone.

Space saving and easy to set-up. Great memory space.

Very disappointed, would have returned if it wasn't needed daily for work. Very slow processing and wireless internet speeds. My cellphone clocks at a higher rate than this thing on the exact same network. Struggles with anything other than casual internet browsing. The fan is ALWAYS on and sounds like it's going full speed and struggling. It is very small, so if space is your number one concern than this would work. But unless that is your number one priority I'd stay away from this.

Awesome computer, been using it for gaming, and movies.

I actually got an A8 PC, but it is a good fit for my needs. I am happy with it. The graphics processor seemed to have issues, with drivers, but I am not using has not been a big issue.
