Wrong item sent then was told I could return through the store made trip to the store and was told from the store they can’t return. Was refunded with out option to exchange for correct item

I did not receive the item i ordered. I wasnt given an option to replace it with the correct item which I would have preferred. I recieved a refund. This was a Christmas gift for my husband. So I was disappointed that I didnt have it for him for Christmas and that no option was given to send me the correct product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
