Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love my smart thermostat. I bought the back plate to hid the space where the other had been panted around. It looks sheet and modern. It only lights up if your directly in front of it and I have it set on a schedule but can also manage from my mobile so I don’t often even to touch it. Additionally I get a yearly seasonal savings promotion through my energy company just for having it.

The instructions that are given electronically are excellent. Anybody can install this thermostat. I do find setting it and programming it to be a little frustrating. The menu is not so easy to get through.

Very easy to install Adds a nice appeal to the Nest thermostat.

Very easy to install and looks great on the wall. Bought to cover up the ugliness from the old thermostat and it definitely does the job.

The trim kit worked perfectly for installation of the Nest thermostat. There was a fairly large area behind the original thermostat that was damaged and needed to be refinished or covered before installing the Nest. The trim kit was an easy solution to cover the damaged area.

looks amazing, and was easy too figure out, i enjoyed the color as well!!!

I thought that when getting this it will be as an extra precaution and that probably I will end up returning it. I was wrong. This item is an amazing add-on, specially when needed to cover the markings made by the previous controller.

Worked great to cover up the space behind the nest thermostat. Easy enough to install and definitely makes it look better than it would with the scuffed up and paintless wall behind it.

We had a larger cut in the wall from a box style thermostat. This was a great way to cover that up without having to repair the wall first. Looks really nice with the nest.

It is what it is. Hides the ugliness behind your nest. Wish it was included with the purchase of Nest. Or at least offer different shapes!

I definitely needed this when I replaced my old thermostat. It covered the old area and looks sharp. I recommend this plate if you have an old school thermostat.

My previous Thermostat was bigger than my new Google Thermostat, so I was thinking about having the wall repaired to cover the previous hole, but this trim did the job nice and easy.

This is nice to have if you have a messy wall connection, but it’s not required to have to make the Nest Thermostat work.

The product is easy to install and comes with all necessary accessories.

These are a must if you’re installing the Nest thermostats. It covers up any imperfections and looks good too!!
