this was a good bargain, and I had it shipped to a semi-local store, so I could have my AppleWatch trade in consummated at the same time. That was almost an hour trip each way. When I got to the store, the watch did not have Ocean Blue band, but a black band of the same style. The store agent said they didn't have any Ultra bands in stock, so all they could do would be to try to order from Best Buy central, and then I could swap for the black. That would be a distance, and certainly a cost of petrol usage in addition to the time wasted. So It turned into an unsatisfying event. After the fact, I ordered on line from BestBuy a new Ocean Ultra band, which was on sale and saved me the hours of driving and wasted gasoline. However, it made the cost of the watch $50 more than was advertised, and left me with a second watch band that I do not need.. But on a positive note, the new band (which was 50% off retail) makes a statement, and matches my bike shoes!

Although the watch was functional, there were multiple scratches on the face of the watch, which was both disappointing and distracting, so I ended up bringing it back and getting an open box version (with Apple warranty and no scratches on the glass face)

Too big and bulky for me. I wish these features came in a smaller size watch. Uncomfortable but worked great. Recommend for someone with bigger wrist

Battery life is decent, good health tracking system, comfort is good

I was hesitant about buying refurbished, but this Apple Watch Ultra 2 exceeded expectations. The titanium case and screen show zero signs of wear — it genuinely looks brand new. Battery life easily gets me through a full day with GPS and cellular use, and the Olive Alpine Loop band is comfortable and well-made. Setup was seamless and all features worked perfectly right out of the box. Geek Squad’s certification process clearly includes thorough testing. For the price savings over buying new, I’d absolutely recommend going refurbished for this model.

Love the Ultra 2 as of now no issues, casing is in great condition. Only thing I didnt like was, ocean band is not from apple but thats an easy fix. I recommend this product.

Honestly I was iffy about this but it works great I swim, I workout I sometimes the the wall, no cracks, no lags it’s great

This refurbished watch is a decent purchase as you can rely on Best Buy for authenticity of the product. Though disappointed not to get the watch strap advertised and shown in the picture. It came with a standard strap which goes with the regular watch (not the ultra 2). Same for the watch charger, came with a generic one. Having said that, still happy with the purchase as it has helped me get healthy and pushing me to exercise and walk more than before. Price has been huge factor in my decision to purchase a refurbished ultra 2 vs new watch 10 series.

This is my first foray into a Referb item, and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. This watch replaced my Apple 10 watch that I scratched. I always wanted the Ultra but refused to pay $800, so I thought I would give a Referb a shot. When I received the watch the first thing I looked for was scratches and scuffs and did not find any. My 2nd observation was the battery health. Discovered it was 99% which exceeded my expectation. Had it over a week now and can get 3 days of battery life with Always On display shut off. Must add that I put a screen protector on it as soon as I took it out of the box.
