Q: Is there a way to clean the screen inside the resivoir where the coffee is dispensed through?
A: Thank you for your question. You may us an old toothbrush to gently clean the mesh screen and rinse away the buildup.

Q: after it finishes brewing our unit continues to make brewing or boiling sounds. Is that normal?
A: Mine is noisy also. It works fine otherwise so I guess that's normal for this machine.

A: All of the parts are dishwasher safe. As with all plastic items, they should not put on the bottom rack.
Q: I purchased this pot and it leaks all over the counter every time we use it. What do you do???
A: After you drink all you want from a brewing, take out the filter cup and wash out the internal basket. There is a small button-type thing at the front, and sometimes if a coffee ground gets in it it may stick open. This has cured our issues.
