Just flip and combine the plates to make a full grill, full griddle or a half grill and half griddle at the same time. This flexible grill/griddle combo is great for cooking any meal. Cook a full breakfast of pancakes, sausage and eggs on the griddle, grill burgers for lunch while toasting buns on the griddle side, or grill steak and vegetables for a low-carb dinner. The grill has plenty of power with 1400 watts and two separate cooking zones, each with its own independent controls. Just turn a dial to adjust the temperature up to 425°F. With 180 sq. in. of nonstick cooking surface, this grill/griddle is large enough to cook complete family meals, but gives you option to cook on just one side for smaller meals. The removable PFAS-free ceramic cooking plates are dishwasher safe, and the drip tray goes in the top rack for easy cleanup. The double-sided cooking plates are easy to flip and to snap in and out of place.
